Litchfield Retreat 615 is on the top floor and located in the South wing of the building with a view over the tree tops out to the ocean. Nice and spacious with vaulted ceiling in the living area and lots of natural light from the wall of windows and sliding glass door to the balcony, and the transom window above. The covered balcony has a view out to the ocean. This condo is very nicely furnished and updated throughout. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and a French door refrigerator. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV, and a wall of floor to ceiling windows and ocean view. The private bath has updated vanity and granite countertop, and the tub shower combination has a tiled surround. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, and a TV. The hall bath has an updated vanity with granite countertop and tub shower combination with tiled surround.

There is plenty of parking available.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Bring your bicycles, or rentals are available here. North Litchfield Beach adjoins the Waccamaw Neck Bikeway. Take a beautiful ride through Huntington Beach State Park all the way up to Murrells Inlet.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
