A delightful 2 bedroom unit in a fabulous location - right opposite Fisherman’s Beach Mornington. Glorious views over Port Phillip Bay with a silhouette of Melbourne on the horizon, makes it that perfect escape which is only 1 hour from Melbourne CBD.
A large lounge - dining area opens to a fully appointed kitchen. The lounge opens onto a spacious deck complete with outdoor couch, table and chairs to enjoy the superb views overlooking the bay. The sunsets are a show-stopper every night.
The front garden enjoys lawn, paving and garden areas - secure and suitable for keeping pets safe (not suitable for dogs that can jump > 4 ft gate height).
Our beds provide top quality luxury and both bedrooms have their own air conditioners to enable individual comfort. The house enjoys central heating which makes winter get-aways cosy and comfortable.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and private entry door opening to the side of the unit. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed which can be split into 2 long single beds as required.
The modern bathroom features a large shower and separate bath adjoining the separate toilet. A fully appointed laundry, trough and drying wracks provide all your travelling needs.
WiFi, Fetch TV, fabulous beach and only a 10 minute stroll to Main Street Mornington ensures plenty of activities to please all the family.
