About this property

Lure Me In is a cute rustic 3 bedrooms on south Lake Leelanau welcomes up to 7 guests. Originally the Au She Gun Resort. This area is fantastic for having plenty of family fun. Full kitchen with gas stove and toaster oven. (No regular oven.) The master bedroom features a King bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third room has a bunk bed with doubles top and bottom. Sheets and towels are included.

Fantastic outdoor area that leads to the lake. This location faces west so be prepared for amazing sunsets. The area around the cabins is a fun and safe area for little ones to play. Your well mannered pet considered. Dock, mooring are provided. Bring up your fishing boat and fish Lake Leelanau. There is a mooring/buoy provided. There is a gas grill. Outdoor picnic area with picnic table. Beach chairs for lakeside relaxing.

This area is 20 minutes to downtown Traverse City, Suttons Bay and Leland. Wineries and breweries dot the Leelanau Peninsula. Shopping at Toms is an easy 15 minute trip. Sleeping Bear Dunes is a pretty half hour drive. Visit Grand Traverse Bay for Tall Ship cruises or enjoy one of the many festivals.

Rustic

Cottage was a bit more rustic than pictures indicated. It was very musty when we got there. Had to air it out and burn candles to help the smell. Water is very mineral smelling. Recommend bringing your own drinking water. Beds were comfy. Loved the life view, bonfires at night and close proximity to vineyards,

You can't get any more "On the Lake!"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is an old cabin on the lake, with some upgrades. Pleasant enough. Absolutely bring your own water to drink and cook with, as the taste of what comes out of the tap/well is very off-putting and smelly. Rental agents were cooperative and had excellent communication.
