Newly built separate fully contained luxurious cottage in beautiful Upper Contantia. Designed by one of Cape Towns top architects and interiors done by well known Tracy Lilford using Cape Towns master craftsman Hollywood Furniture and James Mudge.
The cottage is in a landscaped garden overlooking one of Constantia's greenbelts where walkers, runners, mountain bikers and horse riders frequent. Close to Constantia wine farms and shops and 15 minutes from Cape Towns beautiful beaches. Constantia is the suburb of world renown restaurants La Colombe, Chefs Warehouse and Fox Croft. Steenberg Golf Course is 15 minutes away. The cottage is serviced daily by our friendly staff Angelina and Gift. Laundry is done on request. Latest Smeg appliances. King Size bed. Gas braai. Constantiaberg Private Hospital is 10 minutes away. The cottage has a monitored security alarm by a dedicated security vehicle on Rathfelder Avenue. Unlimited wifi with DSTV and Netflix. Use of the main house pool in the rose garden. The main house has 3 friendly golden retreivers Bently, Lily and Bailey that might visit you if you make use of the communal swimming pool.

Our property is situated in one of the most beautiful old historic suburbs of Cape Town, Constantia. Constantia is surrounded by green belts and wine farms. Our house was old when we first bought it in 2001 and have since rebuilt it. Karen loves re-decorating and landscaping so the house and garden change annually.
