This nicely appointed 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome conveniently located across the street from the beach. Public beach access is across the street. It has a beautiful partial ocean view from the upper balcony. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, along with the living room, dining area and kitchen. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. This property accepts 1 small dog. No Cats are allowed! There is parking for 2 cars, 1 in garage and 1 behind the property. This property is just a few miles from downtown Fernandina Beach, where you will find lots of unique shopping and a variety of dining options.
1 Dog 40 lbs. or under accepted $250.00 per dog!! *Please Note: The Elevator is no longer accessible to guests.

Terrific space and location

The condo had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The bedroom locations with 2 down and 1 up was perfect for teens to have their space away from adults. Beach access was so close it was easy to return to the condo for a bathroom break, snack, or forgotten item. Two car garage was a wonderful bonus for parking and for beach gear. We had a wonderful stay!
