We went to Albuquerque to spend time with family and introduce our grandchildren to the balloon fiesta. We had a great time and enjoyed staying in that home, and we would stay there again!
Great spot right across from a pool in a park we had a wonderful time

Great stay
Had a great stay at this home. Everything we needed was provided for us. We had extra blankets, coffee maker, pots/pans, silverware, and all the necessary utensils to prepare food. This is a much better option than staying in a hotel. Plus, there’s a great park right across the street for walks if desired. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Great place! Very kid friendly
We really enjoyed our stay here!
The three bedrooms was perfect for our little family and it was actually a kid-ready house. Lots of places say they are kid friendly but they aren't really.
This place had a pack n play for us, a diaper changing pad, a basket of toys, and snacks ready to welcome us.
We would definitely stay here again when we're visiting Albuquerque!
Everyone thanked me for booking this house. It gave us family time to talk and get caught up. 5 seniors from 3 states..all cousins..in Albuquerque for another cousins funeral. The kitchen was clean and had all the dishes we needed. Table was lit and great gathering place. Great location. We felt safe. Baskin Robbins was very close

Very cozy
I And family love the house the view. This is the house I will also rent again. Best ever. The company the owners of house. To my too favorite god sent women that allowed my family and I be apart of this wonderful home
The house is super cute, clearly it’s had a lot of updates. Easy communication with the owner. The only downside is that it’s rated for 7 people and we had 7, three of whom we little kids and it was tight for us. But otherwise, it was clean and very nice and seemed like a good neighborhood.
We had to turn on all the fans as soon as we got in because it was very hot, but after airing it out for a few hours the house was cool by the next day. Nice location, didn’t encounter other problems in the neighborhood. We used the gas stove to cook and it worked fine, as did all the other appliances.

Good location for balloon fiesta
Good location next to a park. Could definitely use a deep cleaning. Annoying neighbors dog barking at night.
The house was exactly what we needed for our family during our stay in Albuquerque. It was close to everything we needed and the owner maintained great communication and quickly resolved any issues we had. Great experience!
This home was so homey and quaint! Definitely beats staying in a hotel. I loved that it was next to a big park and the neighborhood was nice and quiet all weekend. 10/10, would stay again!
The house was in great location with a pool and park right across the street. The house was nice and clean with a lot of little extra touches to make your stay better. Especially for the kids!
We had a great time on our vacation. The owners had the place very clean, left us with everything we needed in the kitchen, left us snacks, plenty of towels, and easy check in. They didn’t have AC but had something called a Swamp Cooler, which acts like an AC. I was unfamiliar with this machine but it seemed to be pretty standard in New Mexico. Once the Swamp Cooler started to get rolling the temp was more than comfortable. I highly recommend this property for small families. It has a great location right across the street from a park and it has an amazing view of the mountains.
This is a lovely three bedroom home with all the comforts you need. Perfect for family. Beautiful mountain views, convenient location, and very safe/comfortable. The owners were wonderful. They even had a welcome sign and snacks for us!
Quaint house stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, linens, and towels. The host was very communicative and checked in with me via text how the house was and if we needed anything. We needed internet for our trip and the internet worked great, which was a huge plus. The house was perfectly located in town. We didn’t have drive far at all for anything. If we come back to Albuquerque again this house is definitely our first choice!
