About this property

Individual house of 75m² feet in the water with an enclosed garden of 100 m2. Capacity for 4 adults and a baby. Independent access with enclosed parking. Direct access to the beach through the garden shared with the owner. 4 rooms including 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. Dressing. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. TV, Wi Fi. Cot, high chair, small bathtub. Large covered terrace on private, tree-filled and enclosed garden. The presence of pets is to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Parties are not allowed without the prior agreement of the owner.
A deposit check (not cashed) of € 500 will be requested upon arrival and returned to you upon departure.
The new calculation of the tourist tax (01/19 of the TCO) is 5% of the price of the night / occupant, its amount therefore varies according to the number of occupants and cannot be higher than 2.30 € / adult / night. Those under 18 are not taxed but are taken into account in the calculation of the night / occupant. I hope my explanation is clear enough for those with bad math like me .......

Bon séjour

Trés belle maison. Tout est prévu pour les vacanciers(glaciére parasol etc) Emplacement ideal pres de la plage et prés des commerces. Emmanuelle est trés sympathique.

Salon et salle à manger difficilement ventilable du fait de l’architecture intérieure (pas de porte, délimitant l’espace extérieur de l’intérieur ). La chaleur et l’air humide dû au climat s’introduisent en continuité. Cadre idyllique face à la mer Accueil très agréable avec des intentions pour les gourmands!
