Good central location

We spent a week , to be near our son and family about 10 minutes away…worked out well! Very clean, well maintained and responsive, as others have mentioned, street noise a little much, but use white noise on your phone and you should be good… it was cool at night, but not sure the one AC in the kitchen would cool the whole apt down on a hot night!

Convenient, clean and cute

Very roomy apartment. Kitchen is small and not very well equipped but hey, you’re on vacation and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Santa rosa

We loved our stay. The apartment was perfect. Very clean. Appliances are very nice. The courtyard is warm and inviting. The owner Linda lives on site and was fantastic. We have family in the area so the location could not have been better. Will be returning

Great Anniversary Trip

We stayed here for a week and had a great time! Apartment was clean and well appointed for our needs. We loved the location. Seemed to be well located for all that Santa Rosa and surrounding areas had to offer. If we ever make our way back to Santa Rosa, we would definitely stay here again.

lovely place

the place was great. clean and light. a little noisy at "rush minute", but that was mostly due to a construction project that should be over shortly. And she has great windows which blocked the noise completely when closed. enjoy. you can't go wrong.

Wonderful Little Apartment

My husband and I had a great stay while we were in town for a wedding. The place is in a great location and is very easy to find. The owner had great little amenities and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

I would not stay at this property if you have young children. We stayed here with our 2 1/2 year-old and got constant complaints from the person staying below us that our our child walking was too loud. He constantly banged on the ceiling which was very disturbing to us as well as our daughter. It made our overall stay uncomfortable as we did not feel like we could relax or enjoy ourselves without the property

Comfortable stay with all amenities

We had a comfortable 3 night stay at this property. The apartment is very nicely done up and has all the amenities. It’s a nice neighborhood and very close to the downtown.

Santa Rosa retro

This was without a doubt the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in--the apartment, the courtyard, the grounds. You can tell the owners really care about their property and their tenants. It was very well stocked as well. The neighborhood was also perfect for walking and close to the grocery store and pharmacy. Just a lovely stay.

Awesome Stay

The Apartment was way better than I expected. It's super clean like you're staying in a mid century exhibit. The neighborhood is quiet and near shopping. Great communication and the onsite manager was super helpful if we needed anything. There's a nice outdoor space for sitting under the umbrella too.

Home Away From Home

We were here for an extended stay. Our place was just perfect. Minutes from downtown, minutes to the wineries, and all the conveniences were close by. Also, a great neighborhood for walking the dog. Sharon and Don were great, very considerate hosts. Denise is on-site to help manage and is incredibly fun and helpful.

Wonderful condo in a wonderful neighborhood.

Communication with the owner was fantastic. She was so helpful with questions. The condo is so spacious and comfortable. It's close to the downtown area, restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this condo.

Don & Sharon are great!

Don & Sharon are great hosts, they made this trip to visit my mom stress free. They replied quickly with questions I had about the property and procedures for checking in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Spotlessly clean and roomy

The unit was perfect for two people in king bedroom and one person on the sleeper sofa everything was spotlessly clean. We were provided with wipes and hand sanitizer and two masks just in case. Easy street parking safe neighborhood. We’ll equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great base to explore Sonoma county and help our daughter move from California. Communication was fast and easy and we felt right at home.

Great Sonoma Retreat

It is a very nice multi-unit building with a nice yard that can be used for BBQ. The location is great for walking and near shopping. It has some street noise but the owners provide a sound machine to help with the noise at night. The king bed is on the softer side but the pull-out couch is very firm. There is Roku TV with all the streaming services in the living room but no TV in the bedroom. We would definitely rent it again.

Great apartment, convenient location, awesome stay

What a great place! My wife and I stayed here for four nights and would very gladly stay there again. The apartment is spotless, the rooms are bright, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is great. We also very much appreciated having a full kitchen because it’s sometimes more fun and convenient to make dinner. The in-apartment washer and dryer were a great surprise, as we’d accumulated some laundry during our road trip. The property manager is friendly and the pre-visit communication was clear and helpful. All in all, this is the sort of experience we’re always hoping for when we stay in a VRBO type place. Highly recommend.

This cute cottage felt just like home!

The moment we walked in the door it felt like we had arrived at an old friends house. So warm and welcoming with a delicious bottle of wine waiting for us. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The Cal King bed was super comfy and it was very quiet. The outdoor space was peaceful and pretty. The location is very central and convenient, we never had a problem finding parking right in front of the unit. Overall this was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had and I highly recommend this place!

Pleasant Stay in Santa Rosa

Perfection

I have stayed in many VRBO properties and enjoyed all of them. This property however is so AMAZING. From the communication with Sharon, the spotless beautifully eclectic apartment, location and hospitality...PERFECTION! I will stay here every time Im in town visiting family and friends.

Sharon and Don, native Northern Californians, have lived in every unit of this 4-plex building, and have owned and remodeled this wonderful 1940's vintage building over the years. We've added palm trees, awnings and a Florida-vibe colorscheme outside.

What makes this property unique

Great neighborhood for dog-walking, bike riding or just strolling. Proctor Terrace Elementary School is just down the street, with a blacktop and hoops. Walking distance to First Presbyterian Church on McDonald & Pacific, as well as Town & Country market, a small, boutique market with the best meats and deli around!

We are also located within walking distance to downtown and Safeway, CVS, as well as Montecito Health Club and Spa which allows single day use (arrange through them). Montgomery Village is a longer walk, but still within 20 minutes by foot. There is a transit bus stop across the street.

This is a non-smoking apartment. No exceptions.
