10A Brunswick living is a contemporary studio unit that offers all the comforts of home, it's shopfront right on the Route 58 tram stop, it maybe noises due to the car/tram pass on the road.

This studio suitable for up to 2 people short stay to be near to the city or airport.
There is no cooking facilities or TV, however we do provide cutlery/ toaster/kettle, sugar/tea/coffee making/sandwich presser/ mini bar, free Wi-Fi also provided during your stay.

Great Studio

This studio was exactly what I pictured from the listing. Very convenient to where I wanted to stay close to family. I didn’t find the traffic too noisy but as it states you I right on the roadside & by a tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Some small flying bugs in the bathroom but other than that, a great location for access to nightlife and public transport. Brilliant for a short stay.

I was pleased to find this accommodation as it was a 10 minute walk from where my daughter stayed. The only negative was the toilet that got clogged
