Updated, open floor plan villa just steps from the pool and some of Hilton Head's best beaches! Bike or walk to all the South end has to offer! Beaches, shops, restaurants and so much more! This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 3 full bath end unit villa has a Master on the Main level with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs! Room for 6 guests in this well-appointed island getaway! The villa is ready for you with free Wi-Fi, fresh linens, flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the landscaped front or private back courtyards - amazing spaces for relaxing or stargazing. The rear courtyard is complete with outdoor seating and gas BBQ grill.

The villa has one dedicated parking space. No additional spaces are available in the community. Contact us with questions.

Main level is a great open space for enjoying family and friends, complete with walkout to the back courtyard, kitchen, living and dining area, laundry room and Master bedroom with private bath and king size bed! The master bedroom has a private walkout to the landscaped side yard and quick access to the pool and sundeck.

Upstairs you will find a second Master with a queen-sized bed, private balcony, and bath. The additional bedroom has a Queen sized bed.

The kitchen has ample counter space and cabinet storage. It is fully equipped for your needs and easily flows into the dining area for eating or entertaining!  

Coligny Plaza and the Low Country Celebration Park are a quick walk from the villa and check out the Breeze Trolley for quick rides from S Forest Beach to the Shelter Cove or Palmetto dunes! Maps, dining guides, what's happening guides and more will be found in the villa upon your arrival.  

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed!  Why not walk over to the "World Famous" Tiki Hut for a tropical cocktail, some live music or beach volleyball? You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the courtyards.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see what's out there!! Public parking available near Coligny beach. Consider a bike rental to get around on miles of bike trails or the beach.

Other Things to Note:
There is only 1 parking spot that is available in this community for the villa. We can provide 1 additional parking pass for an adjacent parking lot. Please request this additional pass prior to your arrival!

Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
