CASA PALMA is newly remodeled, and everything has been updated for the way we live today - including new bathrooms, new kitchen, upgraded heating and cooling systems, high speed internet, 2 flat screen Smart TVs, and a gas fireplace. The new kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 and flows into the living room.

Anchored by a heated pool and spa, the back yard contains several chaise lounges to assist with your Southern California tan. Enjoy shaded and full sun areas, a gas BBQ, and a modern firepit lounge area with spectacular mountain views. Completely walled for privacy, the pool area is dotted with plantings and towering palm trees. It’s a great space for living the good life!
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The deluxe master suite is gorgeous. It has a king size bed with an en-suite bath and direct pool access from the bedroom. The two queen size bed guest rooms share easy access to the hall bathroom.

Located in the Flora Vista neighborhood with peace and privacy, you'll be less than a mile to the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Visit Ruth Hardy Park with its community tennis courts, health & fitness trails. Playgrounds, and gardens are all in close proximity to CASA PALMA. You are not far from the Uptown Design District where you will find art galleries, boutiques, fine dining, and cocktail lounges. Don’t feel like driving?
