This brand new, 3 story home is located in charming and scenic is located in the heart of downtown St.John’s with access to a park through the backyard gate!

As you walk through the front door you will be greeted with a beautiful open concept kitchen, living room, bar and dining area with in floor heating for those chilly fall evenings. This space enters into a main floor covered patio and access to the backyard.

Head on up to the second level to be greeted with access to the second floor patio over looking the backyard. You will also find a second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and laundry room fully stocked!

The top floor boasts stunning views of Signal Hill from the master bedroom loft patio. The master en-suite has a beautiful tiled shower, tastefully decorated and beautiful natural light shining through the skylight!

This space has off street parking for 2, and on street parking passes if required.
