We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very comfortable. Close to downtown. Be prepared for hilly climb if you plan to walk.

Good location - comfortable and very very clean. Handy to all things in St. John’s and the area and walkable to downtown. Note that there is no air conditioning so if it is very warm weather the smaller bedrooms will be warm, but lots of fans provided. Laundry is very helpful too.

Lovely Stay, Family of Four

Very nice place. Very spacious. Kitchen is decently equipped. Never felt like we were missing anything. Lots of windows which open to help cool the place down. Neighborhood has some interesting characters in it but we had no issues and felt safe the whole time.

this house is large and spotlessly clean and in a very good location close to downtown. Lots of spaces to gather and relax. Has everything needed for a short or longer stay. The only thing that was missing was dishwasher soap or pods. We did however have problems using the Bell remotes so ended up watching old shows. But that is nothing of a complaint on the house itself.

Better than expected

The property was absolutely amazing. The set up and available living space was more than what was advertised. It was clean and the view from house was incredible. Provided us with alot of extras which were very much appreciated I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to anyone else😀

Charming spacious house located in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance to all amenities downtown. Two private parking spots were greatly appreciated. Private outdoor patio with BBQ and fire table was awesome for evening happy hours. Minor maintenance issue was resolved very promptly. Very spacious master bedroom with 2 additional bedrooms, and several seating areas made it very conducive to relaxing. A great property for 2 couples or a family. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was amazing as well as location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone asking more than a hotel experience. My only complaint is when you pay $142 in fees that you hope whoever did the clean up previous to our arrival missed a kinder egg wrapper and a new shirt tag under our bed and when leaving we put the only dish we used in the dishwasher and the dishwasher was already somewhat full with the dishes still dirty. Really simple stuff that didn’t affect our stay but in a beautiful home these should not be missed.

St Johns ,3 bedroom downtown

The home was clean, beds comfortable had parking for 2 touring bikes with security cameras. Loved all the NL photos. Did have Keurag and a few coffee pods. Very close to downtown and George St! Be aware St Johns is hilly! Only thing was the shower head would not say secure on the holder, it did not fit. We got a few sprays in the face and around the room until we figured it out! LOL Otherwise we had a great stay.

the home was more then expected, so clean,very tastefully decorated, everything you needed.Weather wasn't great so we were unable to enjoy the lovely back yard. Comfortable furniture, great bedrooms and bedding, Thank you Andrew for all of this
