Steps To The Beach, Near Killer Seafood ~ Oleander Place

Oleander Place is a beautiful new single family beach house with all new appliances and furnishings from its rebuild in 2020. These include a modern kitchen, large comfy sectional sofa, and full sized washer/dryer combo. Settle on the front deck glider or sit at the porch picnic table and enjoy your meals in the salty air. Have morning coffee watching the dolphins from the balcony, sitting in the high Adirondack chairs, and taking in the excellent Gulf view. Park your vehicle in the enclosed garage out of the weather. Killer Seafood is just steps from the house and has the best fish tacos on the Forgotten Coast. Also within walking distance are T.K.’s TexMex and Hibachi grill, Scoopalicious Ice Cream, Bad Mamma Jamma coastal variety grill, Subway, and Exxon convenience store.

There is easy access to the beautiful white sand beach with the public dune walkover in front of the house. The master bedroom is upstairs, has a king-size bed, and includes a large balcony with a splendid beach and Gulf view. The second bedroom, also upstairs, has two double beds and a view of the canal. The third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a vanity sink. The home includes 2.5 baths, WIFI throughout, Bluetooth-ready sound system, and a smart TV in the living room and each bedroom. A whole-house water filter system and safety grab bars in the shower and tub are included. Outdoor features include a large landscaped patio/deck area, an enclosed beach shower with hot and cold water, and a gas grill. A community lot offers extra parking for a boat trailer or RV.

Great Getaway

Oleander place was a cute, clean getaway across the street from the beach. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies to cook, beds were comfortable, and wifi was adequate to support two adults working remotely.

We enjoyed this spot very much! The inside was impressive and super clean. A couple steps to the Killer Seafood restaurant and Ice cream shop! Very spacious and comfortable rooms. We hope to be back soon!

Best of everything

My wife and our two year old daughter spent three nights here and it was amazing. The location could t be better; Beach access is directly across the street and best seafood in Mexico beach right out the front door. The house was immaculate! Everything felt fresh and the furniture is quite comfy. Everything worked great (small hiccup getting the right door code, but nothing a five minute phone call didn’t fix and not the homeowner’s fault). We loved that the yard was fenced so our toddler could run around to her heart’s content. The garage is huge and the outside shower is perfect for rinsing the beach off. We would definitely stay here again.

PRISTINE BEACH HOUSE PERFECT FOR A COUPLE OR FAMILY

Beautiful property very clean with nice new comfortable furniture. Great location right across the street from the beach. You can see the ocean for the upper porch off the master bedroom. My husband and I rented for our 1 year anniversary. We will definitely be returning to this gorgeous little beach house again next year!! Highly recommend

Wonderful!

This property was fantastic to say the least! I was most impressed by how impeccably clean it was. The owners did not cut any corners with amenities and furniture. My only complaint is that there is a condo being built in front of the house so the beach view is now limited to only the left side.

The property was excellent! Very close proximity to the beach. Enjoyed several meals on the front porch and enjoyed the ocean view. All the utensils you can think of in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the garage and the ease of being able to store beach items there and not have to take them up and down stairs. Very laid back environment.

Oleander Ave family vacation 2021

When we arrived the house was extremely clean and well stocked! All the furniture was very comfortable as well as all the beds. We actually had two families stay until the house and had plenty of room. It was a very easy walk to the beach and we spent a lot of time on both decks and loved drinking our coffee in the morning with that incredible view! The garage was very functional and made parking easier. We used to come to Mexico beach frequently until Micheal and I am so happy to see the place we love on the rise!! Thanks for our stay we loved it!!
