About this property

Stones Throw from the Surf

Only a 4 minute walk to beautiful papamoa beach, we are ideally located for friends and family. With a secure garden, beautiful salt heated pool and close to local shops, restaurants and bars (only a 10 minute walk). We are also only a 45 minute drive to all the attractions of the lakes and fun in Rotorua and a 15-20 minute drive to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui. With 4 bedrooms, Master with Super King bed, Large Ensuite & TV for Netflix, 2nd with King and smart TV, third having the option of King Single or made into a double and Office space as well and 4th is either a 2nd lounge or converted into a 4th bedroom with sleeper couch, TV and curtains and blinds for privacy. Our home is light and sunny with bi-folding doors opening out to our 8x4 metre pool with secure fencing allowing for fantastic indoor/outdoor living and a great entertainment space. Out the back of the house we have a beautiful sunny breakfast patio with 6 seater outdoor table and fountain area which opens out from the Dining room french doors. Our furnishings are light in colour and therefore appreciate all care given not to damage them. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS HEATED MOST OF THE YEAR BUT IS SWITCHED OFF IN THE COLDER MONTHS FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER AS IT IS NOT EFFICIENT TO RUN DURING THIS TIME. THE RENTAL PRICE REFLECTS THIS.

Beautiful Pool

This property was all we were expecting. Very comfortable beds and a beautifully stylish décor. The pool was the major hit with the family, who spent many hours enjoying the tepid water. Rather pricey night rate, but worth it because of the enjoyment we all got form the pool.

Immaculate house in sunny Papamoa

Loved the house and pool during our stay in January. Spacious house with everything you need, large master and 2 double bedrooms which comfortably slept 3 adult couples. The house was super tidy and well layed out. Property owner was super friendly and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend for any groups or families needing a place in Papamoa

Perfect holiday

Very well presented. We were 6 adults and 2 children and 6 month old baby and the property suited us perfectly. The living area is very large and comfortable. The house was fully equipped and the pool was so good and used a lot! We would highly recommend the property and Dale who is a remarkable host and would definitely stay here again.

Love it!

We had an amazing time at Dale’s property. We were four adults and four children. Children loved the swimming pool and the house had everything we needed. Communication was really easy, Dale was always just a text message away.

An Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home and were able to quickly communicate with the owners on a regular basis. The warm pool was a great addition for anyone wanting to relax at the end of a long day.

Fantastic Long Weekend

A wonderful home to stay! There was plenty of room for 8 of us and we had the best family trip away. Even with colder spring weather, it was fabulous having the heated pool and outdoor heater/blankets. A short walk to the local Four Square and bar and a hop, skip and jump to the beach. Immaculately clean and spacious. Felt like home as soon as we walked in! Dale was fab to communicate with. Will definitely be back:))))

Lovely home

😍 We’ve just returned home from staying in this beautiful home for the weekend and both my family and I were very happy with our stay. It was the perfect home for my family & I to have some time away. It looks exactly how you see it in these photos, so much more nicer in person though. We didn’t have any problems so we are thankful for that, definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay here. Thank you once again Dale will definitely stay here again 😊

Wonderful place

The house is beautiful and clean and Dale is such a great host. Everything was immaculate and the house is located in a wonderful neighborhood (and so close the the beach!!!). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back next time we are in the area. Highly recommended. Thanks Dale!

What makes this property unique

When searching for a home to buy in 2017, the first house I viewed was this one. I fell in love with it immediately and knew it was the one. Since moving home in 2019 we have loved living in Papamoa East with our fabulous neighbours and our beautiful beach only 4 minutes away. We have this year installed our new pool and it has added the finishing touch to our home which we intend to enjoy for many years to come - We hope You enjoy it as much as we do.
