Dutchies Vista, 1 45 Christmas Bush Ave - Ground floor duplex with stunning water views and close to the beach

Dutchies Vista has a gorgeous front grassed courtyard area with views looking over the grass and sand banks and beach of Dutchmans Bay.  Spacious open plan living / dining area opens out onto the courtyard to allow the fresh breeze to flow through.  The living area provides a flatscreen TV and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen caters for all your cooking needs with a microwave, oven, cooktop, family size fridge / freezer and dishwasher. 

There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.  The main bathroom has a relaxing spa bath with a shower above and the property also provides the convenience of an internal laundry with front load washing machine and dryer.

There is a gas BBQ and outdoor alfresco dining available on the grassed front area so you can sit back and relax and enjoy the ambiance around you.  The Bridle Path is located across the road as well, this is a very popular concrete pathway that leads you along the coastline all the way into town (approximately one kilometre) - perfect for that morning exercise walk or run.

There is secure parking for two vehicles in the double lock up garage and just a couple of minutes drives into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find all the local attractions, restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafes and D'Albora Marina.

Great location but tired apartment
This apartment is in a great location but it's very tired given the price and could do with some maintenance - fan in the ensuite bathroom not working, main bathroom bath taps not working properly, dishwasher doesn't wash top drawer properly etc. The kitchen is also quite basic - with a mish mash of dishes and old utensils. The small things are also frustrating like only providing one garbage bag. And if you order linen expect to make your own bed! As mentioned, the location is very convenient and having a lock up garage is great if you have bikes like we did but don't expect a modern apartment. Overall struggled to feel like this place offered value for money.
