The other two bedrooms with built in wardrobes are located on the lower level. They both have access to another private balcony allowing the beautiful sea breezes to flow through. Also located downstairs is a spacious bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. Next to the bathroom is the laundry with top loading washing machine and a drier. Clothesline is just outside. Park your car in a double garage with internal access.
