The ground level comprises the main living room with a large screen tv, a laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer, powder room, spacious dining room with seating for 12 guests and a fully equipped and functional kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner gas stove and much more. There is one bedroom on this level with a queen bed as well as a TV, walk in robe and ensuite.

The second storey is just as spacious and contains the second living room with another large screen tv, main bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The remaining four bedrooms are also on this level including the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have queen beds with the fifth bedroom having a set of single bunks and a single trundle bed making this room perfect for the kids. A range of board games are provided for your enjoyment.

The property accommodates 12 guests with ease!

With ducted heating and cooling throughout, the home is cosy in winter and an entertainer's delight in summer. The icing on the cake is the beautiful solar heated swimming pool and alfresco area for those hot summer days.

Please note; the garage is not available for guest use but there is plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway and down the side of the house behind secure gates. This space will also accommodate a boat or jet skis.

Love this place

Such a great house. Perfect location. Close to beach and shops. Great bedroom layout. We enjoy staying here very much. Would make it even better though if they considered allowing pets so we didn't have to leave our furry family behind.

Family long weekend

We had three families stay for the long weekend. The property was fantastic for us with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. We could all eat together on the massive table and the outdoor area was perfect. Would highly recommend for any large group or family

Great spacious house but lacking some basic supplies

We had a great weekend stay with friends. The house is large with a fabulous outdoor area. It's pretty much as described. Was missing a lot of the basics we have come to expect from Stayz houses, namely toilet paper... With 4 toilets there was literally no paper! No hand towels or bath mats or tea towels either. No other personal touches but was a comfortable large house to enjoy time with friends. Just byo literally everything!
