This newly remodeled cottage is right on the beach and ready to host your family vacation in style! Located at Mile Post 2, close to shops, restaurants and more! .
Single Level: Great Room with flat-screen TV, updated kitchen with table for 2, dining room seating 6-8 with a door leading to the covered screened porch with picnic table perfect for outside meals or relaxing and enjoying the exceptional ocean views and the roar of the surf. 2 Queen Bedrooms both with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom. Access to the beach from the front stairs only. Top level crow's nest with amazing views!
Extras: 4 TVs (Roku & Hulu on all TVs, Netflix & Disney in great room), DVD Player, parking for 2 cars, outside shower, gas grill, high-speed wireless internet, wrap around screened porch, No Smoking. NO PETS. Seasonal Flex Stay available from November 1 - May 30. Distance to Beach: Oceanfront. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Single Beds. House Address: 5013 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.
Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.
