2023 Upgrades included a completely rebuilt crows nest and stairs with the addition of a gate, made lower deck larger for the gas grill, replaced old screening on the oceanside porch for better views, added LED cafe lights to the back porch and new bed covers in the front queen bedroom.

Access to the beach from the front stairs only. Top level crow's nest with amazing views!

Extras: 4 TVs (Roku & Hulu on all TVs, Netflix & Disney in great room), DVD Player, parking for 2 cars, outside shower, gas grill, high-speed wireless internet, wrap around screened porch, No Smoking. Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.
