Sleeping 6 this ocean front condo has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a sofabed in the living area. When you've had enough salt and sand, jump in the ocean side pool to cool off and relax. Comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, WIFI and 2 TVs. Enjoy your morning coffee on your ocean front balcony. Grill some dinner on the community grills. Mariner's Watch awaits you! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.
Mariner's Watch is located 1 mile north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story
oceanfront complex offers first floor units with direct access to the pool area right from the balcony.
There is no elevator at Mariner's Watch. Pool furniture is not provided, so be sure to bring or rent beach
chairs to lounge by the pool, which is open Easter to November 1. Grab your beach chairs and head
down to the sand and sea which is only a few steps away. Enjoy barbecuing at the community charcoal
grill or take a short drive and dine out. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles and trailers
are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, boats, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
