Our beautiful newly renovated cottage just returned to the market in March 2024. Enjoy wide open water views with beautiful sunsets in funky downtown Matlacha. Perfect for two.
Close walking distance to great restaurants, shops, galleries and live music.
Newly remodeled available March, 2024 with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi and cable TV.
Great spot for fishing, boating or maybe spotting dolphins, manatees, pelicans, roseate spoonbills, eagles, herons, ibis, egrets, ospreys and other Matlacha wildlife.
This area is kayaker heaven and we are right on the Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail (inspired by the indigenous Calusa Indians and the Appalachian Trail).
Kayaks, bicycles and fishing gear also available .
