Thank you! We're so glad you had a great time with family and enjoyed the house and hot tub. We'd love to host you again!
Our stay at this home was great. The outside space is wonderful for hanging out as a group, since the house has smaller closed off rooms. The only want would have been another 3/4 or full bath. With 12 people and 2 showers it was a little challenging. Would definitely recommend this house if you are looking to stay in Colorado Springs.
The beds and pillows here are so comfortable. Location was great, house was charming, extremely clean. Backyard and Hot tub were so great! Love that there is enough parking for 4 cars!

This is a great house centrally located in Colorado Springs. Spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub is great, and lots of things to do and places to eat within a few minutes.
One of the best VRBO properties that I have stayed in. Great space very clean more than well appointed kitchen and overall the house was exactly what we wanted. So kudos to the owners for making it so comfortable.

Had a girls trip here and had a blast! Very centrally located to lots of shops/restaurants and hiking. We loved the outdoor area! Also the house was VERY clean.. I emphasize that because VRBOs aren’t always clean like this so that was very much appreciated. Also the amenities were excellent, lots of spices provided and kitchen items and even shampoo etc. highly recommend!

Renting Victorian Charm was such a blessing for our vacation. We were able to explore during the day and have a family dinner in the evening. We were able to relax in the hot tub and gather in the living room for a family movie. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.

My family, pups, and I stayed here for my 23rd birthday. We loved the property and all surrounding areas. Shopping, sight seeing, variety of food options - all within a 15 minute drive or less. Colorado is my favorite state to vacation to, so I am happy to have found another great property to stay at. Highly recommend if you need dog friendly and are staying with multiple families.

This beautiful and charming home was the perfect place for our family! Large enough for everyone to have their own comfortable space and felt like home!! The home was clean with all the amenities we wanted and needed. Back yard games were a hit and the room decor was so fun and classy! We enjoyed every minute!
We rented this house over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked and had ample space to cook a nice meal. The dining room was also great to gather and eat. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores in the fire pit. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we all slept very well each night. Our dogs enjoyed the large backyard too. The location was close to downtown and great restaurants. We really enjoyed the home and are thankful for lovely holiday memories.
Our stay was wonderful. We were in town to visit my niece at Colorado College. Everything at the house was inviting and comfortable. The hot tub and parking were great and close to the college. Finally communication with the hosts was easy. From answering questions and sharing information about the house and check in, they were quick, helpful, and accomodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
This house was perfect for our family of 7 (4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child), with plenty of room for everyone. The location was excellent, with easy access to Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, and the highway.
The bedrooms were roomy, and the queen size beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. Plenty of pillows and additional throw blankets were available. The washer and Dryer looked brand-new, and they provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Coffee was also available in the kitchen, along with tea and hot cocoa packets.
Our family enjoyed the backyard space, and were surprised to find several out-door games like cornhole and croquet.
I would definitely recommend this property for those visiting the Colorado Springs area.

This house is a cool old house .. it definitely needs a couple fixes .. but that to be expected from such an old house .. the biggest was the door knob on the upstairs bathroom .. we kept getting trapped in the bathroom because the handle wast attached and would fall off on the opposite side ... it wasnt a big deal .. we thought it was quite comical .. other than that .. we loved the house

Hi Gage! Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the charm of our old house despite the minor issues. We apologize for the inconvenience with the doorknob in the upstairs bathroom and appreciate your understanding. Rest assured it has been taken care of. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
We were in town for a conference and found it more affordable to rent a house where we could all stay. This house was perfect with 5 bedrooms! However the bedroom in the basement is a little harder to get to with steep stairs so I’m glad we didn’t need it. The house is clean and updated. Even though it’s old, it was not dusty or musty! Perks included coffee and lots of towels! The manager responded immediately to any emails. Though we didn’t get to use the hot tub or firepit, the set up was great! I really wish we hadn’t worked so hard so we had more time to enjoy the house! One complaint- it’s hard to find at night! The directions don’t say “turn down the alley” which is what we would call it in the south. 😛
The house is very convenient to everything you would want or need to do in CSP. The management company was easy to deal with and quick to respond to inquiries
The interior is clean and has all the amenities you would need. Be careful how many adults, we had 8, you have in your party as the house only has two and a half baths for the five bedrooms. The half bath is under the stairs so it is a little tight, and one of the full baths is in the 1st floor bedroom. We had six adults in the three bedrooms upstairs sharing the one full bath, which was challenging at times. For the summer months, only the second floor has AC. It was not too hot while we were there and the first floor was comfortable w/o AC, except for the bedroom which got a little stuffy.
I would rent this property again, but will a smaller number of guests.

Hi there! We appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad to hear that you found the house convenient and well-equipped for your stay. Your insights about the bathroom situation and the availability of AC on the second floor are valuable for future guests to know. We would be delighted to welcome you back in the future, and if you have a smaller group next time, it should make for an even more comfortable stay. Thank you for choosing our property, and we look forward to hosting you again!
My wife and I, and 2 other couples we are close with (including a baby) loved our stay. The quaint little Victorian house has a really nice interior, with an A+ kitchen. They had spices and all of the cooking appliances you could need, which made it not only easy, but fun each morning for our group. It's a little tight for 6+ people, but there are sleeping options for everyone, with some of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced at a rental property. The doors don't lock inside the house (deadbolts on front and back door are fine), so while that didn't bother our group, keep that in mind if privacy is a big concern with the people you stay with. Nice little living room that we spent a lot of time in, and a really nice dining room table that was great to have. While it was a little less enjoyable in the winter, the back yard is great with seating and space, and also fenced for a dog. The hot tub is phenomenal, and we really appreciated that. However, the neighbor did not. Be aware that there's a grumpy neighbor, and while we were probably out a little late, just talking outside drew them out to shut us up.
The location is also really great. It's tucked into a nice little neighborhood, and is close to any store you would need to stock-up at. We went to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (highly recommend), and it was only about 15 minutes away, and I don't think Garden of the Gods is much further than that.
Overall, we had a great experience, and the hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. I'd recommend for any small group, especially if it is a close group of friends that don't mind some close quarters.

Hey Max! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. We love this property as well, it is a beautiful one. We are sorry about your experience with the neighbor. We will look into that. We do hope to host you again in the future! We agree, highly recommend this house in the summer!
Overall this was a terrific property, exactly as described, with comfortable beds, fantastic outdoor space, a great hot tub, and almost everything we needed for our stay including quite a few extras (eg. coffee grounds were there, spices, some snacks, etc.) The house is charming with lots of personality and we really enjoyed the shared living spaces.
The inconveniences:
1)There were exactly ten forks, and we had exactly ten people, so we bought some plastic forks to supplement. I do think they should invest in a second set of silverware to supplement for serving purposes (pickles etc), or so that there is extra silverware when the dishwasher is running, etc.
2) There were no bathmats. I don't enjoy getting water all over the bathroom floor.
3) The firepit was not working. This was a big disappointment, as we were really looking forward to using it and to making s'mores. We did contact management and they responded promptly and came to look at it within a few hours, but they were unable to fix it during our stay. They left us a bag of ice pops as compensation (not really a good substitute for s'mores and a working fire pit, but the gesture was appreciated).
4) I think guests should know that the bedroom in the basement is not very private. It is open to the small laundry area as well as the foosball and there are windows that let light in. So to play foosball you have to be in that person's space, and to do laundry you want to make sure you schedule it around their sleep.
Location, location, location! This home was perfect for visiting our daughter at Colorado College. We had three generations in the house for the weekend. We appreciated the new appliances and spacious backyard (and being able to bring our dog!). Overall, a great visit.
This place was perfect for a weekend away with my friends!
