Tommy grew up in Chicago and moved to Colorado Springs in 1994. His job took him on a world tour for 22 years. Terry, his wife, is from Hawaii and moved to Colorado Springs as a teenager. Terry and Tommy love being retired in Colorado Springs. The kids are grown and living in Europe and the USA.
Why they chose this property
You won't find a unique house like this on most rental sites. The views from the two decks are fantastic and memorable. The rooms are large and airy. We took great care to renovate the house in a contemporary and fun style with Italian and Danish furniture. If you like privacy, this house is for you. There are a few neighbors but they're not very close.
What makes this property unique
The location of this house in a private canyon high above Colorado Springs with panoramic views. We're located just outside the entrance to North Cheyenne Canyon Park and are walking distance to many top hiking trails and the famous "Chutes" bike trail.
