Would have liked a chair for removing shoes and putting them on. Patio chairs need replacing. No propane in propane tank.

We’ll look into adding a chair near the entry for convenience, and we are in the process of updating patio furnishings. Regarding the propane, a full tank was provided for your stay. The BBQ was in working order and simply needed to be lit—we do provide a lighter for guest use. If there were any questions, we would have been happy to assist had we been contacted during your stay. Our property manager also promptly addressed several requests to ensure your comfort, as we always strive to provide a well-supported experience for our guests. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you the best in your future travels.”
