Situated just 230m walk to Tyrone Foreshore, this stunning contemporary home easily accommodates two families. Features include a north facing solar heated inground pool surrounded by extensive decking, and three spacious living areas including a study, upstairs retreat, a deluxe home theatre with gold class recliners, 110-inch screen and surround sound, plus year-round comfort delivered by zoned ducted heating/cooling and a gas fireplace.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of space for everybody. Outdoor entertainment area was really nice and very much enjoyed the pool. Upstairs was very spacious and beds were quite comfortable.

Very satisfied with this place! The house was super clean and beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms super clean. The pool area was amazing the only thing was that there was not much privacy from the backyard neighbours but we weren’t bothered. Host was very nice and understanding let us stay an extra hour as one of the girls had a work meeting at 11 am. I would definitely stay here again. ????

Big open property with lots to offer!

Property was exactly like the pictures with big open living areas and an excellent outdoor area and theatre room! The house was clean on arrival and instructions were very clear for an easy check-in process. Short drive to Rye, Blairgowrie and Sorrento and a short walk to the beachfront!
