Lovely updated house with huge pool!

We spent endless pool and outdoor time at this great house! All furniture and decor is new and has an awesome outdoor space. Only thing I would is add is that the pool needs a vacuum going continually as dirt blows into the pool. They were very responsive and communicative to all requests and sent the pool guy multiple times. Very happy with our experience!

Great vacation!

The house us very spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds and confortable living space areas Backyard is very big some grass or gravel would make it a little nicer. Too much dirt made it hotter and dirty the Pool especially on windy day. All in all it was a great home and a great vacation! Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with Would love to go back next summer

Disappointing stay

Check in time was at 4pm, and that is when we arrived. There were two individuals still cleaning the home, so we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes. Once they left, we began unloading our vehicles. About ten minutes later, a handyman shows up to attempt to fix a toilet, the grill, and a cabinet. He stays for about 30 minutes, and then leaves to go get some parts at the hardware store. He returned about 45 minutes after that to finish his work. Needless to say, we did not plan on spending the first two hours of our stay dealing with this. Meanwhile, the kids are dressed and ready to jump in the pool. The pool and spa were the main reason we rented this house. As we approach the pool, we see that it is filthy, and the water level is extremely low. We look at the spa, and it is in even worse shape. The garden hose was on, and was actively feeding water into the spa. I immediately contacted the owner/manager and his representatives. They assured me that they would have the pool tech out immediately to resolve the situation. I spent several hours trying to get updates from them. I was finally told at about 8pm that the pool tech would be coming the next day. We switched the garden hose from the spa to the pool for filling overnight. By the morning, we had gotten the water level to an acceptable level. Our first day was completely ruined. About 24 hours after we checked in, the pool tech got the pool filter to go on, and was able to get the pool clean enough for us to finally go in. He was unable to fix the spa, and the water in it almost completely emptied out somewhere (he couldn’t figure it out). So, the spa was unusable for our entire stay. The pool also continued to lose water somehow, so we had to continue to put water in it using the garden hose. The front yard and backyard are not well kept. The house itself was fine, however, the cleaning crew should definitely have done a much better job. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Nice vacation home

Nice home. Pool temp turned to 100 degrees when we arrived but they came out and turned it off. Also installed a pool vacuum since the pool was filled with dirt when we arrived. Other than the pool issues, we enjoyed the home.

A wonderful desert getaway

We visited this property for three nights over Memorial Day weekend along with my brother and sister and their families. Together there were 6 adults, 12 children, and 3 dogs. There were a few hiccups with the check-in because the previous guests didn't check out on time, but Maria and John quickly made it up to us by leaving us with a beautiful, clean pool and a perfectly clean house. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook for 18 people. There was plenty of room for everyone (it was great to have a sitting room and a family room so we could split up). Everyone had their own bed, and the kids loved sharing rooms with tvs. The kids woke up early and watched movies in their rooms while the adults got to sleep in! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. It is worth noting, that you can heat the pool or the spa, not both at the same time. However, the spa only took about 30 minutes to heat to a warm temperature so it was always ready for the adults after the children had gone to bed. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs to run around in. We enjoyed making hamburgers on the BBQ and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. We would definitely come here again!

Great place to stay

We stayed in this property for a short family vacation and had a great time. Everything is very clean and we had alot of space. The dining table is big and everyone could sit at the dining table together to eat. Pool and hot-tub are big and heatable.
