Seasons 4 condo #192 (sleeps up to 6 guests) A cozy and welcoming corner upstairs unit. Perfect for a friendly getaway or family vacation.
*****Pets allowed with additional fee (Max of 2 pets total)- Prior notice must be given. Pets brought with no prior notice will be charged additional pet and cleaning fees- subject to vacating the unit with no refund.

Living room: Comfy sleeper sofa and love seat; a large flat screen Samsung smart TV with a Blu Ray DVD player; Wood burning fire place (firewood is provided upon availability). The owner has provided a musical touch by having a guitar available.

Dining area: Dining table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Beautiful corner window for extra natural light.

Kitchen: The kitchen provides all basic cooking and eating utensils. Perfect for a home away from home cooked meal. This unit has a regular drip coffee maker

Sleeping arrangements: Downstairs private bedroom hosts a Queen Bed and private flat screen TV; Upstairs loft hosts 3 single twin beds and a new large sleeper sofa in the living room. Loft has an additional flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player.

Wi-Fi with secure network and password. Steps from the shuttle that will take you to the Village or Canyon Lodge in the winter or to the Lakes Basin bike path in the summer. Convenient location, great mountain condo and ready for you to enjoy and complete you Mammoth getaway!

Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits.

Just perfect all around

This is a cozy apartment with good amenities and very clean. The location to Canyon Lodge was excellent. A quick Blue line to the lodge for a day of fun. Highly recommend this unit; it was just what our family needed.

Nice condo

Nice clean condo in a good location. The kitchen was poorly supplied and there was no utensils to use with the shared bbq. Two of the single beds upstairs were in bad condition and should be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Hi Steve, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your stay but sorry it was a 3 star stay, we do try to make sure all our guests are happy comfortable and have what they need to make sure that happens. We don't leave BBQ utensils out because they don't get cleaned but all the condos should have tongs, a spatula and a large fork. We do kitchen inventories in the spring and fall,I'm so sorry it wasn't supplied well for your stay. If you are ever missing anything during your stay, please call the office, we can typically get you an item or two that may be missing. Thank you and have a wonderful day, Teri

Wonderful stay

Great place. The kitchen worked great! The only fear I had was the beds against the wall in the loft. They were right at the height of the wall in the loft. If my niece had climbed onto a bed she could easily roll or fall over into the living room. Definitely keep kids away from upstairs. We just had a rule that she couldn’t go upstairs and it worked but if she wasn’t such a good listener it could have been easy for her to get hurt
