Beautiful off the water 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in this Margaritaville location! Literally a minute away from Margaritaville property where you can enjoy the Landshark Bar & Grill, Tiki Hut and Pool, spa & salon and indoor water park.

This gated estate includes the Estates Pool and the Cedar Glen Pool for your use. At the home, enjoy the outside fire pit, basketball goal, covered patio in the front of the home and 2 outside decks on the back of the home. Cornhole and washer games available for playing outside too!

Enter the lower level to find 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a King size bed, TV with cable, closet and private bathroom. The room within the bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 includes a King size bed, twin over twin bunkbed, TV with cable, closet and private bathroom. The room within the bedroom features a Smart TV, XBox One with headphones, library of games and a bench. Laundry also located on this level.

Upper level features extra large Living Room with sectional, 2 swivel chairs, large TV with cable and electric fireplace. Dining room features a 6 top table with an additonal seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, combination Keurig and coffee pot, small appliances, and anything you may need to cook for your group! Also located on the upper level is the guest bathroom.

Third bedroom includes a King size bed, TV with cable and closet. The room within the bedroom features a twin over twin bunk with Smart TV.

Baseball Weekend

Stayed here for the youth World Series tournament. 2 families (8 people) stayed very comfortably. Property manager very easy to work with, including helping us add another night. Easy access to both community pools, quick drive to Margaritaville’s pools and restaurant. We will definitely rebook should we travel back to the area.

We stayed here for a week with friends - two families of 5 with kids 2-13. It worked well for our needs and was very clean. Location is great if the gates are open but not great if you have to wind through Margaritaville. Overall happy with stay.

Great Family House

Had a great time and the house was great. Plenty of room to bring more family members next time. 1 minor problem was the grills cleanliness, may be a hazard. Overall wonderful place for the family.

July Vacation

Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the living room carpet. There were several stains and a distinct food odor.

The house is great overall but we were extremely disappointed in how dirty the property was, dead bugs, live bugs, live spiders, trash left over from previous tenants under bunk beds. There was one bar stool that was completely broken so not even sure why it was there. One of the spin chairs was also broken. Little toilet paper and paper towels, one dish wrag. If the place was more clean and the bugs were cleaned up, it would have been nice. We couldn’t enjoy the patio or the chairs out front because there was too many bugs

Marissa, first of all thanks for reviewing our Deja Blue home at the Lake of the Ozarks. While we make every effort to properly clean and inspect our properties prior to guest arrival we must have failed to look under one of the bunk beds and missed the trash. We do knock down the spider webs outside the home and the homes are sprayed for insects on a monthly basis. This year has been especially bad for spiders. It seems like as soon as we knock down the webs they are right back up. We usually inspect the property the day prior to arrival. We are sorry that one of the bar stools was broken and apparently one of the chairs. This was not reported by the previous guest and apparently it was overlooked by our inspector as well. The bar stools have been replaced and we are looking at the chair. If there was not a full compliment of supplies (again our inspector should have corrected that during the inspection) a quick phone call to our office to let us know would be appreciated. Our office is only about 10 minutes away and we would have been glad to take care of any of your needs. For future reference our number is located on your contract, in our digital welcome book, posted on the refrigerator and is also on the pink stand that tells you to call us if you need anything or if something was overlooked. We hope that you will give us another opportunity. Thanks again, we cannot improve without feedback from our guests.

Family Weekend Success

My family of 12 met at the Deja Blu as a "half way" point between myself (Texas) and my brother (Wisconsin), and were joined by my mother and brother from Missouri. Our family of 12 had plenty of space and the layout of the home is perfect for several families. The bedrooms are perfect for a small family with children, and everyone has their own bathroom which is also very helpful! The house was equipped with all of the things we needed for the weekend - and was kept clean and tidy upon arrival. The view of the lake in the mornings was very peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit for s'mores and late night stories. There is a pool that is a short walk from the home, but I would suggest bringing a wagon or something to carry your belongings. One of the AC units was not working the first part of our stay, however, it was handled promptly and they replaced the unit shortly after I contacted them. We really appreciate the quick attention to the AC issue, and our stay was wonderful. Thank you for opening your home to us, and allowing us to make memories that will last a life time!

Beautiful View but Overpriced!

We have been coming to the Osage Beach area for over 20 years! My husband had a conference at Margaritaville Resort so we chose to stay close. However, for the price, we were disappointed in the quality. Positives: * Beautiful view of lake * Wonderful layout and size (8 people in our group) * Quiet neighborhood * Small pool within walking distance * Check-in was smooth. Need for Improvement: * Several outlets were extremely loose (had a hard time plugging in nightlights) * Dryer didn’t work! We specifically packed with the ability to do laundry in mind. Management brought us extra linens once. No one ever came to work on dryer. * Bedroom air conditioner had visible water circulating through system. Made a gruggling sound, which made for disruptive sleep. This is also a health hazard. * Kitchen tile was loose, and grout chunks were coming off. * Kitchen could be better stocked (crockpot, pizza pan, basic Tupperware, etc…). Coffee maker was missing piece to use single pods. * Grill was very dangerous! It desperately needs replaced. * Majority of games were unusable. * Faucets in bathtubs need to be repaired (parts broken or unable to take a bath in 2 of the 3).

Chelse, thanks for your review! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we can improve our services. After your review I personally inspected the home. I found two outlets (out of 30 or so) that were slightly loose, the dryer was working fine, however, it is a sensitive new digital model and takes a light touch to operate. Most people press the control and then it won't work. There is a note on the dryer but that gets ignored as well. I also inspected the coffee maker and it is not a Keurig and will not take pods (nothing is missing) but does accommodate a single serve function with ground coffee. The showers are weird (only type I have ever seen like those) and you have to push in the diverter to use the shower function. They are supposed to pop back out when you turn the water off, but once in a while they don't and this may also not allow the tub to fill if you wanted to take a bath. We are working on fixing or replacing. The grout did come up in one section of the dining area, we fixed that piece and then the owner is replacing all of the dining tile this winter! Concerning any other issues you may have had during your stay, a quick call could have remedied most of the issues. Our office is about 10 minutes away and we are here to serve you! Please remember in the future that our contact information is located within our downloadable digital welcome book, posted on the refrigerator, is in your confirmation and in your contract. During the summer we are in the office seven days a week and in the off-season every weekday. In addition, we have our after-hours number in all the above locations. Would definitely recommend this house! So nice to have tons of beds for the kids and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen is huge. It was nice and clean and had lots of things we didn’t remember we needed (like s’more sticks!).

Girls weekend

We had a great girls get away at this house! The place was very clean and had a super cute and comfy vibe to the house which we all appreciated. Russell the property manager was extremely helpful when we called him during after hours. Only thing we wish we would have known was that all bars are pretty far away from each other and close early. This was our first time being in the Ozarks so we didn't know that. We did enjoy the easy access to Landshark and Redheads. The only thing I wish that this property had was a shuttle like the main properties on Landshark have.

Absolutely Perfect

This was perfect for our weekend getaway. I would recommend this place to anyone! We had a large group and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Tons of space, comfy beds, a great view of the lake, and beautifully decorated. Access to the resort is the icing on top. Eli with the office was great.

Enjoyable stay at Deja Vu

It was a pleasant week. The place was pretty clean but hot water wasn’t always accessible. Kitchen pans could be a little better stocked. One bunk bed had dirty sheets and pillow case from former tenant left on bed. Margaritaville pool was great to use so closeby. Nice little house.

Fabulous getaway

Great time!! Super easy location, Spotless interior, loved the home’s layout (take a quiet nap downstairs while kids played upstairs). Kitchen nicely equipped, we especially liked playing the games that were there ...we all enjoyed relaxing and playing them outside around the fire pit. Also breakfast or beverages on the deck watching the boats on the lake Made great memories... will be back and highly recommend.
