Whether you're enjoying the nearby beaches or relaxing at home, it's the perfect base for a laid-back Sunshine Coast getaway.



The Space:

Set in a quiet residential pocket of Kings Beach, this spacious home offers a fantastic combination of location, comfort and outdoor space. The home features beautiful hardwood timbers and solid concrete construction, helping it stay naturally cool during summer and warm throughout the cooler months. When the temperature drops, cosy up beside the charming fireplace, with firewood supplied and available for guests at all times. The large grassy backyard is one of the highlights of the property, with established trees providing plenty of natural shade throughout the day. It's a great space for children or pets to play, enjoy a BBQ or simply relax outdoors after a day at the beach.



The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stovetop, large fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The air-conditioned living room provides a comfortable place to unwind, with a comfortable couch and smart TV. The home features 2.5 bathrooms, with the upstairs master ensuite offering a shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs, there is a second bathroom with a shower, vanity and large sink basin, along with a separate toilet. The laundry is also located downstairs and includes a washing machine and dryer.



Make the most of the nearby beach with complimentary SUP boards, kayaks, a large beach trolley, boogie boards and basic sandpit toys provided for guests. These are located behind the kids’ retreat room, with the beach trolley kept inside the retreat room to help protect it from mould.



The bedroom configuration is as follows:



Bedroom 1 – Master Bedroom (Upstairs): The upstairs master bedroom features a large, comfortable king bed, split-system air conditioning and heating, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Please note that the ensuite bathroom does not have a door.



Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): The second upstairs bedroom features two king single beds, a wardrobe, ceiling fan, and split-system air conditioning and heating.



Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): The downstairs bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and single bed, along with ample storage, a ceiling fan, and split-system air conditioning and heating. There is also a dedicated desk space, perfect for working remotely or studying.



Separate Studio / Kids’ Retreat: The separate studio provides an additional space for guests to relax and unwind, featuring a sofa bed as well as toys and games to keep younger guests entertained. The kids’ retreat also contains a range of outdoor toys and equipment, including balls, cricket, tennis and badminton equipment.



*Please note that the studio/kids’ retreat does not have air conditioning.



Guest Access:

You'll have complete access to the entire house including access to lock-up garage.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the best of Kings Beach from this peaceful residential setting. Kings Beach and Shelly Beach are both within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a morning swim, a day at the beach or an evening stroll along the coast. You'll also be close to local shops, cafes, playgrounds, skateparks, the library, cinema and shopping facilities. The area offers plenty to explore, from coastal walks and water activities to hiking and attractions including Australia Zoo and the famous Eumundi Markets.



Getting Around:

The Caloundra bus station is located on Bulcock Street, with the closest bus stop approximately 750m from the home. Ride-share services are also available, while the surrounding beaches, shops and cafes are accessible on foot.

- Sunshine Coast Airport: 20 minutes

- Sunshine Coast University Hospital: 15 to 20 minutes

- Brisbane Airport: 60 minutes



Other Things to Note:

*Please note there is construction happening at the back of the home, with a house currently being built. This may result in some noise disruption. The pricing reflects this disruption.



*Dog-friendly for one dog upon application. A $50 pet booking fee applies. Please contact us for pre-approval before booking.



*Beach Equipment: Make the most of the nearby beach with complimentary SUP boards, kayaks, a large beach trolley, boogie boards and basic sandpit toys provided for guests. These are stored behind the kids’ retreat room, with the beach trolley kept inside the retreat room to help protect it from mould.



*Firewood is supplied and available for guest use at all times.



*The home is located in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. Quiet hours apply after 9pm, and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum and respect the surrounding neighbours.



*Schoolies bookings are not accepted.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when accompanied by family as part of a family booking.



*All guests are required to complete a check-in form prior to their stay. Access to the home will only be provided once the form has been completed.
