Perfect location

Close to all amenities, a short walk to the restaurants bars and the beach, the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed, . Catherine and Jean-louis were perfect hosts and made our first visit to Dinard very special.

This property is ideally located within walking distance of Dinard beach , great restaurants and other attractions making it very easy to leave the car at the house and walk to where parking would be difficult.Very quiet location with friendly and helpful hosts. The only reason I have marked 4/5 is because the property is tired and although clean, in need of refreshing (mouldy grout in shower/ rusty radiators/ sofa uncomfortable) which the host is trying to get rectified between bookings. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Sehr unkomplizierter und herzlicher Check- in! Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet absolut alles, was man braucht: ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine etc und - das war wirklich genial - eine Waschmaschine!Wintergarten und Terrasse haben wir bei dem wunderbar sommerlichen Wetter viel genutzt. Das Häuschen ist nicht weit von Strand, Restaurants, Markt und Läden entfernt, liegt aber total ruhig und idyllisch in einer Nebengasse!Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn es uns einmal wieder in die traumhafte Gegend verschlägt, würden wir das Ferienhäuschen auf jeden Fall wieder mieten!

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil avec une petite attention d'un produit local à dégusterLe lieu de la location est idéalement situé :au calme dans une impasse tout en étant à proximité des commerces( petit marché alimentaire tous les matins et très grand marché 3 fois par semaine),des plages et commerces locaux.Grâce à cette proximité la voiture n'a bougé qu'elle seule fois pour aller à Dinan car la marche à pieds est notre moyen de locomotion préférée pendant les vacances.Même le bateau pour saint Malo est à 10 minutes de la location.Le grand plus:un emplacement de parking privé.Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre.J'y retourne sans hésiter au mois d'avril car le soleil m'a dit qu'il m'attendraitMerci Catherine et Jean Louis

Toller Urlaub!

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht, und sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen - in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad an einem der schönen Strände Dinards oder im Zentrum. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und der Ort und die Umgebung haben uns auch äußerst gut gefallen, besonders der grandiose Küstenwanderweg GR34. Laut unserer Tochter war es der schönste Ort, an dem sie jemals Urlaub gemacht hat und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Séjour idéal à Dinard, même sous la pluie!

La location est très propre et bien équipée. Son emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville à pied, avec un parking privé pour y garer sa voiture. La petite cour est parfaite pour profiter des journées ensoleillées, tandis que la véranda lumineuse apporte du confort même par temps de pluie. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et très réactifs. Une petite anecdote : à notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle était en panne. Les hôtes n'étaient pas au courant, mais à notre grande surprise, un tout nouveau lave-vaisselle a été installé dès le lendemain. Ça, c'est du service ! Un séjour des plus agréables, qui a fait oublier la grisaille bretonne.
