Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we neededābasics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there.
Stayed here while our son had a showcase at Winthrop. It was a cute, unique spot that was right across from the gardens. The tub/shower was a tricky task but doable. Definitely would stay here again!
Everything was wonderful. House was just right for myself and my family as we were waiting on our house to be ready. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. Host were great and always responded quickly.

It was cute and private. Beautiful garden right by the property
Property was as advertised and a great pet friendly stay. Checkin and checkout were seamless. Communication was responsive. Property was clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed! Thank you.
Very clean property. Older home in a very nice location. Very nice park/garden in front of the house. Bedroom off the kitchen does not have a door for privacy, but not a really a problem. Sara and Tom communicated just as they said they would. Great outdoor areas.
Just my son was able to stay, I never made it because of the hurricane in Florida. The house and location were fine, he only used it as a place to sleep. The lack of a shower was unfortunate.
Overall the property was nice. Was not impressed with the lack of actual electrical outlets and what seemed like an overuse of extension cords. Was also very disappointed with the amount of kitchen ware. There were only 3 coffee cups and almost no usable cookware for preparing meals at the property.
Great location. Next to downtown/college. Large park and side walks for exercise. Rooms were spacious with ceiling fans. Would definitely recommend. šš
Visited for family gathering. We needed a place that we could stay instead of hotel. This was perfect. It was very comfortable for us. Our only issue was there was no shower - just a tub. Boys in my group would have preferred a shower. All in all, it was perfect for the weekend. Plus my Florida teenager got to see snow for the first time!
The house was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped, and included some extra snacks. The beds were very comfortable. Glencarin Garden, across the street. was a lovely bonus. So nice to stroll in the evening or early morning. Altogether a great place to stay!
Loved the house had a great vibe of being a child at your grandmas house. Iām allergic to dogs and broke out in hives when I laid on bed, it was covered in dog hair
It was a quaint little place. Quiet neighborhood with park right across the street. A little hard to find at night in the dark without street lights. The place was very clean aside from a couple bugs in the house. No shower, only tub, but the description forewarned us about that.
5 colleagues and I shared this clean, comfortable, roomy, quiet home while installing an art exhibit in Charlotte over the course of a week. Everything was as inviting and pleasant as described and pictured in the listing, and we appreciated the convenience and covid-safety of the contactless check-in and checkout process. We encountered no issues and thus had no urgent reason to contact owners Sara and Tom beyond check-in confirmation, though it's maybe worth mentioning that I received no response to either the seemingly automated messages I replied to or to a "just letting you know we've arrived" message I sent to the contact numbers they provided. I am confident that we would have been able to make contact with them if we needed to ask any direct questions, though!
Very nice place to stay for the weekend. Within walking distance to the Rockhill Sports complex, and the park directly across the street was very convenient and nice to visit. Would highly recommend
The house was located in downtown Rock Hill beside some beautiful gardens! We had a great stay and were able to bring our dog with us! The only thing I wasn't expecting was the bathtub has no standing shower. It was interesting to use but it wasn't too bad! Overall it was a great stay and if we're ever in town again we would stay here again for sure!
We stayed here for a short get away excellent cozy home to stay in was a great time excellent park across the road for small walks would rent again the next time I am down that way
This home was beautifully & tastefully decorated. Very warm & inviting! Better than what we expected. Love the claw foot tub...only wish that there was an easier way to use the hand-held shower massager while bathing?? The park across the street is definitely a must see! The location of the house was perfect, peaceful & quiet, yet so close to town.
Wonderful surprise with the perfect location in Rock Hill, SC
The property was perfect and just what we were looking for. Loved being so close to the park and so many local businesses. House was nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area again.
