About this property

Adorable beach cottage on the north end of Anna Maria Island! The beach access trail to the famous Bean Point beach is right by the house. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is situated on a corner lot on a quiet street and is located just steps to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The main level of the home has an open kitchen and dining room, a large living room and two bedrooms and one bath. The spiral staircase leads you upstairs to a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, en-suite bathroom with a private outdoor deck.

Tons of amenities included: beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, beach blanket, beach toys and a cooler. It is located in a great area to explore by bike, ride to Pine Avenue, Bayfront Park, the Rod & Reel Pier, etc...

Our property has a Security Camera by the front door. The camera's view is the front entrance. The camera is for security, to protect our property when it is unoccupied and to verify occupancy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachwalk Bungalow. The home was immaculate and so well stocked with items that aren’t typically available in a VRBO. Communication from start to finish was great. The location was one of the best that we’ve ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay at AMI.

The best rental property we’ve ever stayed in!

We’ve stayed at a lot of rental homes, but this house was beyond special. From the updated amenities and appliances to the perfectly heated pool to the idyllic location right by Bean Point beach, it was a dream. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we were even had a guest room for a couple visitors we had come throughout the week - with plenty of space still. We had originally rented it thinking we would bring our dog, but decided to leave her home. It’s a great spot for a dog though too with a nice area in the yard for it to go to the bathroom. The owners were so kind and responsive. Highly recommend! We hope to come back soon!

Nice North End Property

We rented this property for a month on AMI. We love AMI and look forward to our stay every year. This property is a great location, however, is on a corner but still felt private and quiet. The outside area is very nice with a pretty large green space (turf) which helped with our dog. The patio furniture was high quality with nice cushions and a gas grill. We had trouble with the grill and the owner brought us a new one no questions asked. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes, there is a path across the street with access right to the beach, can't beat it. The house is nicely decorated, maybe an upgrade to the kitchen table or living room furniture would be good, however, it did not impede our stay. There was just two of us during our stay and due to the bathrooms being quite small we each took a bathroom and it worked out. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots and pans. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and flatware. This was a nice stay, but for more than 2/4 people it would be tight. Would recommend Waterfront Restaurant, wonderful ambiance and even better food. We also ate at The Sandbar, more for their view, however food was good. We splurged and dined at The Beach Bistro, it was superb. Excellent view, service, and food. The owner was easy to get a hold of and promptly returned calls. This was a nice stay and would recommend the property.

Amazing property but..

As others have said amazing property in a great location on AMI. The attention to detail is as good as any property we have stayed and it is clearly very well cared for with high quality appliances all over the property However this a warning for those staying, or thinking of booking to stay, in the next 3/6 months. There is a very large house under construction next door so you will be woken up each weekday at 7.30 by drills, hammers etc. the construction workers will then spend a good proportion of the day leering at your wife’s, daughters etc as they lie round the pool. The owner would like to keep this quiet and when challenged on why she hasn’t mentioned this specifically when booking she becomes sarcastic and patronising which is a real shame. So to sum up great property, weird owner

Great home and amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect being two blocks from Bean Point beach access, house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you needed for your stay and the pool/outdoor furniture was a great touch - highly recommend this property!
