Relaxing 'Home Away from Home' Tropical Paradise - 3 Houses from the beach. Located on the quiet, North end of the Island. Perfect location for Amazing Sunsets and great Shell Collecting! Easy access to the Beach! This cozy home offers 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a Heated Pool surrounded by lush Tropical Plants. The Master Bedroom is located on the Main floor along with a 2nd Bedroom with a Daybed & Trundle and play area including a Kid's Desk. This room with the daybed has a low ceiling - perfect for kids, but not suitable for those over 6 ft. tall. On the 2nd floor, there is a bunk room with 3 Twin beds and a 4th Bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom.
Wireless Internet is provided along with a Desk in an area off the Master bedroom

Our property has a Security Camera by the front door. The camera's view is the front entrance. The camera is for security and to verify occupancy.

Perfect Spot on AMI

Location, location, location. Only a few houses from the northwest end of the beach; which is ideal! Short walk to Pine St with all of the shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc. House fit a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) with ease. Ton of character and everything you need is provided for you. Pool and back patio was perfect. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful pool

We had a great stay at Toasty Coconut. The pool was huge and private with lots of trees and shrubbery. The grandkids were in the pool every day and enjoyed every minute!

Anna Maria visit

The location of this rental was excellent. The house was three houses away from a beach access path, where we enjoyed the sunset. Pine Street was a couple blocks away for shopping a restaurants. We rented bikes, which made getting around the island very easy. The pool was another wonderful feature of this house...very private and relaxing. Just a couple things to be aware of: 1) the main floor bathroom is a jack-and-jill style; 2) there are several small "steps" throughout the main floor between sections of the house that may pose an issue for those with mobility limitations.
