Enjoy a cozy beach vacation at A Place at the Beach III in condo O3P. Located on Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach, this 2BR/2BA unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and features 1 Queen bed, 2 twins, and a queen sleeper sofa. A third-floor condo, O3P comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including all the essentials of home cooking like appliances, cookware, and flatware. You can experience the beautiful ocean views from your private balcony and stay connected indoors with complimentary WiFi and the multiple cable TVs. On-site property amenities also include laundry facilities and an outdoor pool. Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire condo. Guest will also have access to outdoor pool, free parking, BBQ area and access to on site laundry facilities. The Neighborhood: Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues. Guest Interaction: Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions. Other Things to Note: -Must be 21 years of age to rent. -NO PETS ALLOWED. -NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. -No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property. -We provide the initial set up of towels, linens and amenities for your stay. Not what is advertised

We were very disappointed in this condo. The description is not accurate! The master bedroom has a full size bed (that sinks in the middle) not a queen. There are two twin sized beds in the second bedroom, however there is NOT a sleeper sofa, so my 17 year old had to sleep on a blowup mattress in the floor. The air conditioning in the bedroom rattles so loudly you can not sleep as well. When we arrived the Condo was filthy (food smeared on the walls that literally have paint peeling off of them, food in fridge, sand on all the furniture, trash everywhere)once speaking to the property manager who was very helpful, it was cleaned but we did not get into the condo until 11pm as a result of this, not okay after an 8 hour drive. Not to mention that while things have gotten better we are still technically in a global pandemic and it was disturbing that it was not cleaned. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Beds were horrible, whole place needs an upgrade. Sliding door and side door hard to use and didn’t lock, carpets need steam cleaned. Ceiling fans and ceilings need cleaned. Hall bathroom had hair on wall in shower.
