Situated in the coveted Shore Drive area of northern Myrtle Beach, our condos offer convenience to popular attractions like Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage, and The Carolina Opry. Just a short 10-minute drive from Barefoot Landing. Phase 3 of A Place at The Beach is adjacent to the renowned Ocean Annie's Beach Club. These professionally managed vacation rentals by Booe Realty feature 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, well-appointed living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, and balconies.

Our resort complex boasts swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area, and direct beach access. Coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are available in each building. Please note that we have a no-pets and no-motorcycles policy.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. We also provide various rental options, including vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales across the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return keys to Booe Realty
When stripping beds, please do not remove comforters, bedspreads or mattress pads.. Only sheets and pillow cases.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Facility met expectations.

Close to beach, right off the back stoop. Pool and ocean visible from balcony. Private parking. Close enough (short drive)to Broadway and Barefoot. Felt a little pricey.

Disappointed

This property was dated and dirty. I am not one to worry about the beach decor or what beach pictures the owner puts on the wall. I was disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. The pillows were stained, the couch and chairs were dirty. I am pretty sure there was a blood stain on the couch. The dishwasher was broke, and the ceiling fan almost fell off the ceiling when turned on. The beds were horrible! Let’s talk about the musty smell that hit you in the face when entering. Water damage to the wall. When contacting the realtor company responsible Booe Realtors they were less than accommodating. I would stay far from this property till things are fixed.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to extend our sincerest apologies for the issues you experienced during your recent stay. We take guest feedback very seriously and are deeply sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory. We have thoroughly reviewed your concerns regarding the condition of the condo and during your stay, we did everything in our power to provide comfort, including offering a mattress pad. We understand that you specifically requested a memory foam pad, which we were not initially able to provide. Additionally, we understand that you expressed concerns to our maintenance about the air quality causing you to feel sick. We promptly responded to this by informing you that if you feared for your health, you could move out that day and be refunded as we had nothing else available at that time. Alternatively, we offered to purchase a mattress topper and deliver it to you. We also left new pillows, as requested. As a gesture of goodwill, we have issued you a reimbursement for the inconveniences you experienced. We understand that our initial response to your concerns did not meet your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry. Our goal is to ensure all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we regret that we fell short in your case. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
