Welcome to our home away from home. Relax in the renovated, beachy chic condo with new 2024 painted walls, ceilings and baseboards; stainless steel appliances, electronics, furniture, accessories and bedding. The master retreat has an amazing gulf view with a King sized bed and full en suite bath with double sinks, a separate jetted tub, and a walk in shower. The guest room also updated in 2024 with LVP flooring, a King sized bed, and full bathroom, updated Porcelain tile in tub/shower. The living room couch has a memory gel pull out bed.
The split floor plan is perfect for two couples or families, or even Grandma, Grandpa, Mom and Dad and the kids.

The 3rd level location takes advantage of gulf views from the living room, master bedroom and expansive L-shaped balcony. The dining portion of the balcony is under roof with plenty of space for lounging in the sun in the open area.
Within the complex, there is a well equipped gym, outdoor grilling area, library/office work area just off of the lobby and a covered parking garage. But nothing compares to the 1200 square foot lagoon pool, with a smaller pool that is heated during cooler weather and a hot tub that all take in the tropical landscaping that will give you a true resort experience. Enjoy the private beach access with Free Seasonal Beach Service, Includes 1 Umbrella & 2 Beach Chairs. Paddle boards and Kayaks are available for rental at Beach Service Hut. EV Chargers are on site.

Excellent place to stay in Miramar Beach

We have never visited Miramar Beach until this stay. We couldnā€™t have picked a better condo! Location is great, loved the pools and private beach. Condo has everything you need and the owner was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. Beautiful decor inside as well as beautiful views from the balcony. Still canā€™t believe the tourquoise water!

Loved this unit in The Crecent

214 had everything we needed and more for our stay. The condo was super clean and well-cared for. Having an industrial-sized Speed Queen washer and dryer was the beach luxury I never knew I neededā€¦so easy to keep our beach towels fresh and clean and each load took no time. We loved this condo and hope to stay again in the future.

What an amazing time. Perfect destination for our family getaway. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better view as well accommodations. Room was easily accessible using both the stairs and elevator. We love this area so much we moved here from Southern Indiana. I am a housewife/condo manager. We are the proud grandparents of two beautiful granddaughters and love spending time at the beach with them and our daughter and son-in-law. We love the Destin/Miramar sunsets on the beach and all the many wonderful restaurants and amenities in the area.

Why they chose this property

The first time we came here, we fell in love with this place. This is our one and only rental property. We want your stay here to be as memorable as ours are. Once you come to the Crescent at Miramar, you will understand. There is no other place like it!! The friendly staff, the beautiful emerald colored water and pearly white sandy beaches, there is no other place I would rather be. Some of the most breathtaking views in the world. Easily one of our favorite places to just get away and relax.

What makes this property unique

We are working with other owners at the Crescent to do multi-unit rentals!! The Crescent is a gated property and has a covered parking garage, with 3 elevators, 2 in the Lobby and 1 in the covered garage. The condos community pool is extremely large with a resort feel. Having a smaller heated pool which is very convenient during cooler times and a relaxing hot tub. The landscaping is immaculate, and our balcony has an amazing view. We love that the beach is just steps away and no roads to cross. We love that the beach here is a Private Beach!
