From the owner: "Hi Lesly, we are sorry to learn you will not visit us again. I am new to our team here at Lake Nokomis Cranberries and would like to know more about your experience."
It was my first rental of a property so i wasn't sure what to expect...first impressions were how big and spacious it was! And how clean it was! I have nothing negative to say except the wifi tower was out which the owner warned me about. Overall it was a good time and we enjoyed ourselves

Waterfalling Trip
The stay was amazing! We had a wonderful time again. This is our 2nd stay there and we just can't say enough about it. The kids enjoyed playing basketball and we brought soccer ball to play in the yard that is big enough. We sat by the fire each night listening to music, laughing and eating smores. The shop downstairs is adorable and we bought cranberries and they were so good!We spent most of the day driving to beautiful waterfalls and hiking and ended our days around the camp fire talking about which waterfall was our favorite. If I could change anything, I would make one of the smaller bedrooms into 2 twin beds. My girls had to share a bed. And the sweated every night. Maybe air-conditioning in there too or a bigger a fan.
We loved our stay. This place was amazing! We even got a chance to sit by the fire outside and laugh with family. Hoping to come back with all my family next year and go Waterfalling with everyone!!!
Certainly a nice property. But it felt like owners' leftovers were used. Beds, pillows, old used towels, pans.
Suggest a new cleaning team. Although counters and table were cleaned, it appears they did not know to rinse the solvent. Everything felt like it had a film or sticky. Pot marks in the sink. I easily removed with the Scotchbrite pad.
Property management contact was great. Readily assisted with difficulty with tv.
It’s a really nice house with all the trimmings. Gift shop on lower level and near many sites and restaurants. It’s really too bad that pricing has gone up on this property.
As nice as the photos, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Beautiful kitchen with all you need during your stay. Previously the family home, and the love and care is evident.
A special shout-out to Mike the farm manager who personally showed us the private snowmobile trails to get to the public trails, and helped us out several times during our stay - above and beyond the call of duty!
Lots of hidden costs so initial price is misleading. Need a pizza cutter or sharp knife next time and folding chairs for the balcony. Regardless, we would come back again - had a great time!
Such a comfortable hideaway on a winter weekend. Close to tourist attractions, restaurants and trails. Enjoyed snowmobiling and snowshoeing. Host was great to work with.
We enjoyed this clean, well-furnished and comfortable home. The decor is exquisite and welcoming (who doesn’t love cranberry red?!). The beds were comfortable and the shower was delightful. A lovely place to escape foot a bit!

Clean and well kept
This residence has a retail business in the basement, and a separate entry and parking lot to it. Even so, we could not hear any noise or vehicles as customers came and went. We even went to it, and bought some cranberry related items, a nice shoppe. The locale is at a cranberry farm, and generally quiet. The master bedroom was spacious, and has a separate biffy with a tiny sink, and the other two bedrooms were of average size, had plenty of closet space in each, and nice dressers. The living room was a bit smaller than we anticipated, had a loveseat and sofa, and (we thought) would have benefited from a genuine recliner, instead of the additional chair.
The kitchen and dining room were separated by an island, and it kept the openness a welcome addition. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, bowls, pots and pans, etc. Nice place!!
The expectations were well laid out for us, and we met one of the workers for the fields, and he told us about where the snowmobile trails ran, so if we decide to make the excursion out again during a different season, we know more about what to expect.
