For the price paid it would have been nice to have had some biscuits or fruit as a gesture. Also the pack up on leave day is ridiculous for the price paid.

Our departure checklist contains only basic requests, such as leaving the property reasonably tidy and placing rubbish in the appropriate bins. Guests are not expected to heavily clean the property. Many of our guests appreciate having clear checkout guidance, and we believe these requests are reasonable and respectful of the property.
