Bluewater Splendour - Heated infinity pool and amazing views!!

Bluewater Splendour, the ultimate beach home, is the perfect holiday duplex for all the family, extended family, and couples to enjoy the best holiday they could imagine. A 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with amazing views and with features such as a lift, a heated infinity pool and ducted air conditioning plus more. The large duplex accommodates up to14 (MAX 10 adults).

All three balconies boast water views, with the top balcony off the living area having the wow factor of 180 degree views over Port Stephens. You’ll never want to leave but if you do, this home is a short walk to beautiful Wanda Beach, Shops, Cafes and Restaurants.

Bluewater Splendour is a luxurious property that includes your own private heated infinity pool. The property has three amazing outdoor covered entertaining areas, decorated with comfortable furniture and with the gas BBQ on the top level and another BBQ on the pool level, so socialising with family and friends will be enjoyable.

There are three living areas, with modern furnishings, and large screen TVs in each, Wi-Fi and Foxtel and the duplex has ducted air conditioning throughout.

The main bedroom is located on the top level and has a king bed with a single trundle, walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite with a luxurious free standing spa bath as well as a balcony with views over Wanda Beach. The second bedroom is also located on the top level and has a queen bed, direct ensuite access to the main bathroom which is also fitted with handles for the aged and less mobile. The third bedroom is located on the middle level and has a king bed and a trundle bed which opens onto the balcony with its own magnificent views. The fourth bedroom also located on the middle level and has two single beds with a trundle bed under each. On the lower level living area there is a queen size sofa bed ($100 per stay).

The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a five burner gas cook-top, large electric oven, dishwasher and side by side fridge with ice maker. There is a double lock up garage and extra level car spaces for two more cars, as well as easy level off street parking for your boat.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen for 8 guests - 2x King, 1x Queen, 2x Single.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM - 10 ADULTS. The sofa bed and extra four trundles can be used upon application to accommodate total maximum guest of 14 including children. Trundles are for children only.

BOND of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOL/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
