Loved the cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Just as described. One thing we noticed which was a nice surprise was all the outdoor space. Front porch, back porch then a bonus loft porch for a great view.
From check-in to check-out the host provided exceptional service. The property was very clean and nice. We will definitely be staying again. Couldn’t ask for a better place and host.
Just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Very nice cabin with everything we needed. Mast king bed was ver comfortable. Property owner was very responsive! Would stay here again.

So happy y’all enjoyed your stay even though the pool had some maintenance issues. Thanks for being understanding. Come back anytime.
We stayed at the cabin for 2 nights. The first thing that I noticed was the easy access to the cabin. The main level of the cabin is on the same level as the parking lot- no steps to climb. There are steps to access the 2nd bedroom and loft area. The cabin was clean and met my wife's expectation. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space for two adults and two young teen age girls. the girls enjoyed the community pool. I definite would stay again.
The cabin, the community, the cleanliness and the pool were all exceptional. Only thing I would recommend to change is having to take the trash all the way down to the front. I wasn’t crazy about putting stinky trash in my vehicle as this was my only choice bc I was not walking all the way down there and back. Besides the trash, I would recommend this place to anyone and would def stay again.

So glad to hear the cabin and resort amenities were enjoyable for you and your family. We apologize you had to do that with your trash. We would never ask our guest do this and that’s why we offer to them that they can leave it in the cabin for our cleaners to take care of. So sorry that wasn’t clear enough in our welcome book. We will correct it on our end so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for pointing this out. We truly are sorry and hope you come back and stay with us again. Thanks, for visiting!
My friend and I brought our kids to this cabin for spring break and loved it! I wish we had a longer stay to enjoy it even more. Everything was very clean. I loved having balconies with pretty views off both of the bedrooms. The hosts were always very responsive when we had a question. The neighborhood of the cabin is super cute too and not terribly far from hiking, grocery stores, ice cream, etc.
Cooking supplies are well stocked, even with a crock pot which is really nice. We traveled with 5 kids so the only thing I’d wished was maybe another pod or two for laundry and some extra paper towels. But had we stopped at the house prior to the store we would have just grabbed what we needed! Otherwise, 5 stars! We’d love to come back in the future.
The cabin itself was absolutely immaculate, well stocked in all linens, towels and cookware and instructions were clear. We did not have hot water at the upstairs sink but the shower was fine. Three things that could be improved are the tennis courts (unusable so damaged) and the gym which is also unusable as it is used as a storage for some construction crew nearby. Last the check in process took longer than expected because you only get the door code at 4:00pm but no one in our party had enough signal to get it so we had to go to the “check in” cabin all the way down the hill to get a decent signal and get the code. Maybe the code could be given ahead and only activated at 4pm.
Overall really nice cabin.

Thank you, Catherine for the kind words and excellent review. We appreciate all the feedback and have already reached out to the HOA about the gym and tennis courts as well as fixed the upstairs water, it is working perfectly. So sorry the check in wasn’t as seamless as it could be, we have implemented steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’re so happy to hear the cabin and your stay was still immaculate. Please come back anytime!
Amazing property, looks just as well as the pictures!!
Very cozy, nice, new construction cabin! Would not hesitate to return. Well equipped with everything you may need. Hot tub was great & the beds were comfortable. The keyless entry made arrival very smooth. Thanks so much for everything & I hope to return in the near future!!

So happy y’all enjoyed your stay. Thank you for taking care of our place and come back anytime.
Really nice inside and out. Very clean. Fireplace didn't work and TV in the bedroom didn't work but everything else was good. Took a while to drive to everything but good trade off to stay away from the crowds as well. We had no trouble with parking as we only had 1 vehicle, we shared parking with the adjacent cabin. They had 2 vehicles and the space was full. May want to make sure if you are traveling in a group that needs extra parking.

So sorry about the fireplace, Mike. We got it all fixed and it’s up and running now for everyone to enjoy. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Same with the TV. Happy to hear you were still able to enjoy your stay. Please come back and see us again!
Such an easy process from reservations to arrival to our departure and everything in between. We love a place with a story and Treetip Lodge is a great one. We cooked most of our meals at the cabin and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The hot tub was a hit for all 5 of us. 14 years to 50 years old. The welcome book had great routes for touring the park. And having the washer and dryer was great. We will definitely recommend this place and if we’re ever in the area again will definitely stay. The owners always replied quickly to our messages too.

Why they chose this property
This cabin is owned by two friends that met while serving in the Marine Corps and became best friends over their time stationed together. Once that tour ended, Dan got out while Kyle stayed in, they maintained their strong bond formed over their years of service together. This bond resulted in the two creating a tradition of taking an annual motorcycle trip to catch up on each other's lives and to relax at the same time. Our first trip was to the Great Smoky Mountains and we were blown away with everything the area had to offer. Ever since that initial trip we discussed and planned out a strategy to purchase a cabin which would allow us to bring our families together once a year. And that’s how we got to where we are today! We bought this cabin together to make some more memories with our families and we hope you’re able to do the same!
