This is a great place and has everything you need! We needed a couple extra days and the owners were very helpful and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy casita. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved our sunny morning breakfast and reading on the patio before starting our day. Owners nearby were very friendly and responsive to questions we had. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The casita was very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay again. Sandy was great to talk to about the area and what the area provides. Loved the walking/biking path directly behind the house. Would recommend the property to anyone.

Great stay

I was in the area on family business after passing of parent. Sandy and Ben were great and even helped out with an unusual request related to one of my family trip projects. Will check into availability when in area again.

Surprise Baseball trip

Wonderful property with a Casita for privacy. Enjoyed talking with our hosts . They were very helpful finding restaurants to eat at , plus info for going to Sedona for the day . Sandy ended up getting us tickets to Heards Museum so we could kill sometime before our flight . Definitely recommend for two people stay .

Wonderful place to stay. Really clean and bright little home. Sandy our host was really friendly and provided a an excellent place for us to stay while in Sun City West. Will book again on our next visit.

Bright modern studio apartment. Clean Beautiful yard surrounded the studio. Sandy is very friendly and helpful with anything you could need. Everything was as described in the description Queen bed very comfortable Very nice big TV with Netflix and several other streaming services provided at no extra charge. It was a lovely little casita with everything you would ever need. Easy to get in & communication with the property management & owners was great. For us it was a little far out from where we needed to be but otherwise it was great!

Spacious studio, Great location

Very, very easy to check in, and to come and go. Driveway parking! Well appointed full kitchen. Quiet environment. With the exception of one thing, which we were able to clean, the studio, with dishes, plenty of towels, bedding, etc., was clean and inviting. Full size refrigerator and freezer! Bring your own soap for the shower. Nice backyard setting. I’d recommend stocking the studio with an extra blanket, and slightly larger trash can. Efficient heating and air conditioning. Clear instructions, good wi-fi and internet connectivity. Private. We’ll rent again!

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The casita is very clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked. The outdoor area is amazing as well. Excellent communication with the owner, Sandy, who is very friendly and thoughtful.

Great place, uncaring greedy owners

The owners made a mistake in listing their property and when I asked for a refund she said that she would only get a little money back and would only give me a fraction of what I paid for the booking. The owner texted me very late at night 11:19 PM about a non-emergency question/request to begin cleaning while I still had a reservation. I am disgusted by this owner's callousness and will never reward them with any of my money again. They also have a pest problem that they only manage with sticky traps throughout the property.

Cozy and tranquil hide away

This was an amazing find. The Casita was cozy and super clean and the views were outstanding. It was quiet and very tranquil. I was there visiting my dad who is in Hospice and this was JUST where I needed to be. Peace! Sandy was helpful and very accommodating.

Just what we needed!

We were in Arizona scoping out independent living facilities for my mom in Sun City and this place was perfect for us. We didn’t have a lot of down time, but when we did, it was great to enjoy the wonderful backyard and the walking trail that runs behind the property! The very friendly owner was available the entire time we were there, but really we needed nothing because the unit was so easy and well-equipped. Directions were very clear on check in and check out processes. We will be back! What a gem!

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! The casita was excellent- spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for quiet walks in the morning and golf in the afternoon. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return.
