Fantastic home away from home

It is a fantastic place. Close to the CBD, Adelaide zoo, Botanical Gardens and most importantly, spoiled with food choices with so many great restaurants around. We will definitely recommend this place for everyone. We will definitely stay again at this property (felt like my own home), if we visit Adelaide again.

Absolutely loved reading your review, Niwas – thank you so much for the kind words! We’re thrilled to hear the place felt like a home away from home for you – that’s exactly what we hope every guest experiences. It’s great to know the location worked well for your plans too – being close to the CBD, the Zoo, and the beautiful Botanical Gardens really does make exploring Adelaide so easy (and yes, the food scene is such a bonus!). It means a lot that you’d recommend the place to others, and we’d absolutely love to welcome you back anytime you're visiting Adelaide again. Take care and thanks again for being such a lovely guest! ~ Unwind

comfortable apartment in a great location

Great location. It is a comfortable clean 2-bedroom apartment that was quiet. It had a very good bathroom with an excellent shower. It had a good-sized kitchen and had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again

Good location

We have stayed in this complex before. Property was clean, close to everything. A few improvements would be: a second set of keys, air conditioning in the bedrooms, not just the living area and better communication-it would have helped to have the apartment number and check in process well ahead of our arrival.

Missing Basic Features

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aircon in living area only! So if you need it in bedrooms all doors must stay open. Carparks for some units are mini sized and we had to park at our expense and risk on the street. Way overpriced given these basic problems with the accommodation. No office or staff onsite so no way to resolve concerns. Avoid.

Excellent location and restaurants at Melbourne street North Adelaide

Surrounded by historical buildings and in easy walking distance to the CBD Melbourne Street was a great choice for a holiday The apartment had good facilities although the lack of WI-FI was inconvenient . Bring your own hot spot WI-FI I would stay there again

Great Location, comfortable property

Had a great stay at this property. Roomy apartment, well kept with everything you need. Car park was a little small as we had a large car but this was the only downside. Location was brilliant - only 5 minutes from attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again
