Great location, a bit cramped

We stayed here as a family of 5. It was pretty cramped for us, but we made it work. The place was clean, but there was an odd smell like cigarette smoke when we got there. Host said it was likely the air fresheners and came and removed them and put in an air purifier -- it was good after!The location is great -- about 5 minutes to Keikyu-Kamata station (15 mins by train from airport) and about 15 mins walk to Kamata station on the JR line.The area was quiet and there was a nearby park that the kids had fun at with the other kids from the neighborhood.I'd stay here again with 2, maybe 3 people -- 5 was a bit much, but it was a nice little place!

1週間宿泊しました。タオルの補充がないので、自分で洗濯する必要かあり、少し手間でした。しかし室内に物干し竿、洗濯物ピンチ、ハンガー等揃っていたので、問題なく干せました。 京急蒲田、JR蒲田共に近く、立地は非常に便利。 全体的に満足ですが、強いて言うならリビングがやや狭く感じました。

Wi-Fiが弱い

Wi-Fiが弱い。また、Wi-Fiの機械が故障して約1日使えなかった。海外からの帰国で自主隔離期間中のテレワークで利用した為、海外ローミングで携帯を使ってネット環境を継続する必要があった。一方、「予測できない機器のトラブル」との説明で、宿泊者に追加費用を負担させる対応であった。宿泊者にすれば機器トラブルはオーナーの責任範囲。正直この様な対応でしたので他の人にはおすすめはしません。
