Clean apartment in Great location

The apartment is very neat and clean. A bit small for 5 people to get together in the lower level living room. But my kids stayed in the upper level most of the time, so it worked out well. The location is awesome! Keikyu Kamata and JR Kamata are close enough to reach by walking. And, there are stores, supermarkets, and restaurants near by, so you will have no problem finding something to eat. We never used kitchen appliances because of that. I love this place and would definitely stay there again!

Property's location relative to Keikyu-Kamata station was key in the decision to stay at this property, to ensure easy access to Tokyo-Haneda airport. Also worked well to explore the area served by the JR line through Kamata Station. Traveling with a family of four in Japan can be a challenge, as most facilities and hotels are geared towards groups of 3 or less. Vacation Inn Kamata solved this problem for us. The room we had - 501a was sufficient for our needs. However, access from the living area to the sleeping area was by means of a very steep staircase with small steps. I would not recommend this room for people traveling with small children, elderly, or physical challenged individuals because of this. Luckily, this did not negatively impact our stay.

自主隔離の際に使用させてもらいました。 アメニティなども揃っており、清潔感もあり、とても大満足でした。 管理されてる方に問い合わせても迅速に返事を下さるのでとても安心でした。 コンビニ、スーパーなども近くてとても便利でした。 クイックルワイパーだけが無かったので自分で購入しました。 それ以外は大満足で、こちらにお借りできて本当良かったです！

海外からの帰国時の自主隔離のために利用しました。特に事前確認など必要なく隔離用途に利用することができた点がまず第一に便利でした。室内の設備も綺麗で充実しており、かつ立地的に食事等にも困らないため居住性もばっちりです。床がなかなか薄いためか上階からの音が気になることもありますが、それを除けば申し分ありません。機会があればぜひまた利用したいです。

広くて清潔、必要な物は全て揃っていてとても過ごしやすいです。 メゾネットの2階奥に仕事机があり、下で家族がテレビを見ていても音を気にせずビデオ会議ができます。 地上波が５局位とamazon primeやNetflix, Tver等もアカウントがあれば見られます。
