Disappointed

Some of the reviews said there was a “smoke” smell in the townhouse, and there definitely was. They tried to eliminate it with plug in air fresheners and they were just as bad. There was a bottle of cleaner on the bedroom floor, pillow case was dirty, and a bug came up the bathtub drain. Check in was confusing because the instructions said to disarm the alarm system, but turns out there wasn’t one. The account and password to the wifi was not correct in the instructions either. A few more supplies would be nice to - towels, mixing bowls, cutlery, soap etc. Overall it just wasn’t a very comfortable or enjoyable stay.

Unacceptable: Did not Stay

This property fell far short of our expectations. The neighborhood was run down, the back fence was broken, water stain on the ceiling, and the unit smelled of smoke masked by Febrease. We didn’t stay there and had to find alternative accommodations, and the owner didn’t respond to any of our messages. I do not recommend this property!

Book It!

This place is nice and cozy. It’s centrally located to various shopping areas and eateries. The owners did a good job of making the place feel like a home away from home. It’s nicely decorated with just enough space for everyone to feel connected, yet offers enough distance for some me time. Did I mention how good its smells. What are you waiting for book it!

Good space, smelled like smoke.

The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was easy to find and centrally located in town. The check in process and communication with the owners was simple and efficient. Unfortunately, due to this being a townhouse with neighbors, the place smells like cigarette smoke. The owner does have some air purifiers running but it does not fully remediate the smell. Also during our stay, the home smelled very strongly of marijuana at different times. We assumed this was coming from neighbors, but we would’ve loved to been warned about the potential of both cigarette and marijuana smells in advance of our stay. The property is itself listed as ‘non-smoking’ but the residual smells do not lend this property to that, in our opinion. When the owner was contacted, they seemed to be aware of the issue. We just wished it would’ve been disclosed beforehand, especially since we had kids staying there as well. If you have a smoke allergy or want to avoid cigarette/marijuana smells, I would not rent this property. If that is not an issue for you- this was a great place to stay.

Good value stay

The condo was a good value for the price. It is quiet and has a really nice kitchen and living room. It's in a commercial area rather than a true neighborhood, but it is close to the freeway for easy travel to the places you want to visit.
