Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disappointed
Poorly cleaned and furnished. We had to check in an hour late because they were supposably "Cleaning" from the last guest.
They floors and counters were dirty and sticky. I cleaned swept and mopped and cleaned the kitchen. There were empty balloon bags on one of the bedroom night stands. There were no towels. There were two large white kitchen garbage bags full of dirty linens. After buying towels I looked in the bags and there were dirty towels in them also.
I washed and dried all the dirty linens and towels. The beds only had a fitted sheet and comforter on them and were in poor condition.
The "Half bath was in the laundry room where you had to squeeze between the washer and wall to get in.(12" gap) The closest door in one of the bedrooms was ripped off and I fixed it. They informed us at the handrailing was ripped off the wall and would be back to fix it which they did. I also had them fix the light above the kitchen sink because it was falling down. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes so I ran that. The House overall was poorly furnished.
