Great Neighborhood

East Nashville is a jewel with lots of restaurants close and places to go. This place is close to it all.

Awesome location!!

Came to Nashville for a concert at Nissan stadium and wanted to be close without paying downtown prices!! This place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Lots to do right there in East Nashville and a less then $10 Lyft ride to Broadway.

Loves the neighborhood

This house was in a great neighborhood. It’s far enough away from downtown, but still close enough to a few restaurants/ bars in the 5 points area. There is also a conscience store right around the corner! The house was clean and the host was very accommodating.

Great Nashville visit!

Our stay was in a perfect location, walking distance to multiple restaurants (The Pharmacy is a must!) and a short 5 min drive to 5 points with tons of other restaurants. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. One double bed, 1 twin cot, and 2 couches to sleep on. Full kitchen and bathroom. Price was not terrible when split 3 ways. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host was easy to contact.

22nd Birthday

We took our son to Nashville for his 22nd birthday and to watch one of his best friends play football at Tennessee State. House was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The host was excellent and communication was top notch. Definitely will be staying here again.

Location, location, location...

The location was fantastic! The property has needs, however. The frame of the sofa bed was bent before we arrived. The coffeemaker pot was not clean, along with a bag of open Seattle's Best coffee grounds was left open. The seal around the front door needs to be replaced, so that the living room stays warmer, as well as the back sitting room needs to be insulated more to stay warm. Even though these needs are workable as a homeowner, this property had enough beds for our family and the location was ideal for driving to events and walking to restaurants!

Clean and comfortable

The property was easy to locate. The owner gave me all info needed prior and during stay. No issues at all getting into the unit. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure, all important to us. It is an older home converted to apartments, so if you're expecting fancy and up to date, this isnt the place for you. It suited our needs for a place to crash while enjoying Nashville. It's about 2 miles from downtown. We walked it, but definitely would be better to Uber if you dont want that much exercise. Several close by places for eating and getting necessities without having to drive at all. We would rent this unit again.
