Need a comfortable, stylish small-town retreat near city amenities and natural beauty? You'll love our pet-friendly restored mill house in the heart of Travelers Rest, just outside downtown and with easy access to walking and biking the popular Swamp Rabbit Trail! School Haus is just 5 minutes from wedding venue South Wind Ranch, 8 minutes from Furman U., 14 minutes from NGU, 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, and less than an hour from Asheville, NC.
You'll find loads of vintage details with modern amenities and comfort. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with queen, both with room-darkening shades. The brand-new master bath has a shower, and the renovated hall bath has a shower/bath combo. The living room has plenty of seating and a Smart TV, plus a great vintage record player. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use. Please disclose if you're bringing pets. Young children are welcome; just be aware the Haus isn't especially toddler-friendly. You'll have access to the entire house, front patio and side-yard seating areas, parking, and unfenced yard.
