The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cleaning Service charges an additional $150 if tenant is still in condo after 10:00AM which will be charged back to you. Please - before you depart fix up “your vacation condo” the way you found it.
Please make sure that the dishes are cleaned (dishwasher run) and if you move any of the furniture make sure that it is returned to its original location. Thank You
Lastly, please turn the AC to 78 degrees at your final departure (In Winter – turn Heat to 58 degrees)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have stayed at this condo several times. It is a beautiful, well maintained condo with an amazing large covered deck and is equipped with everything you need while away from home. The hosts are wonderful to work with and respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The condo is close to restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo if your destination is the Carolina Beach arae.

Perfect for our family !

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was very clean, and so close to the beach. First floor is just up a handful of steps, so it was easy to move in and out, easy parking. Storage locker for beach items was so helpful to store our things. There is a wagon and small shade tent, plus chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, a little of everything you could want. We hit the beach every day and pool also. It was cleaned each morning. Everyone slept great in the beds, including the trundle. A week to cherish for sure, thank you.

Nice spot with a great view

We spent a few days here in late April and early May. The view of the ocean is great, and there is easy access to the beach. When we weren’t walking on the beach or exploring the area, we spent much of our time on the big porch enjoying the views and the warm weather.

A Cozy Little Oasis Away From Home

This is a lovely well maintained oceanfront condo with amazing outdoor patio space. We spent much time on the patio as we listened to the many sounds of nature. It is equipped with all one needs to feel the comfort of home. The hosts were great in communicating with us in a timely manner if we needed to ask a question. This was our third consecutive year staying at this condo and have booked for next year as well. I highly recommend this condo for your next beach adventure.

Great condo! Great beach!

Awesome condo right on the beach. Huge outdoor deck we basically lived on. Very very clean and well appointed. Towels were fluffy. Hand soaps in both bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of glasses dishes and silverware. TVs easy to use. It was fantastic with my grand kids. Between the outdoor shower and easy access to the beach made everything chill. Just the way a beach vacation should be. Thank you!

Pros Close and convenient to beach Very clean Really great large patio and furniture Cons Parking is an issue in season if you have more than one car - the whole town of CB There is a display shelf hanging from the ceiling between the living/dining areas. If you are over 6ft tall, you will hurt yourself Having to deal with linen/towel rentals - they are not provided

Great location to the beach

This condo is clean and perfect location to the beach. It was easy to find and the checkin and check out process was good. The views from this condo are beautiful and we enjoyed spending time outside on the large patio. The only downside to this condo which is no fault of the owners were the loud people above us. They were stomping around at all hours of the night and kept going out on their balcony. We could hear their sliding door open and close every time. This was our first time visiting North Carolina and we would probably not go back. We prefer warmer oceans but if we were to come back to the area we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Our favorite place was the deck with an unobstructed view of beach. The deck was like an extension of the condo with carpeting and lounge furniture as well as a dining table. It was just like the photo. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with the moon shimmering on the ocean. Decor is very beachy, cheerful and clean. We would definitely plan another vacation here.

We spent 5 wonderful days at the beach. The weather did not always cooperate, but that was ok, because the deck was very comfortable and expansive. We did not to spend time on the beach, just more time out on the deck. The condo was very clean and relaxing. The bed was comfortable. We ate dinners out and made a lite breakfast in the kitchen. We would definitely come!back!!

We had a relaxing time in this cozy condo! Everything was clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to work with and communicated well prior to and following our time at the beach. Family Vacation/4th of July/Birthday Celebration

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! Michael and Michelle were excellent hosts. They provided our stay details a week in advance of our stay so we could be familiar with rules and check-in/check-out times prior to traveling. We also appreciated that they provided our code to access the condo way in advance. The condo was beautiful, clean and had all the incidental items you would need and the pictures of the condo are accurate to what it looks like in person! The porch was awesome as there was so much space to hang out with my family and watch the sunrises. We celebrated my birthday and the 4th of July while staying here and really had a blast! We loved how close the walk from the condo to the beach was and how we could see our spot from our porch! Also loved how close the condo was to food & fun. It was our first time coming to Carolina Beach, NC and we will definitely be back and hope to book this condo again. Thanks again.

Great upgrades & deck

We had a great 5 day stay here. The upgrades to the condo are really nice, and the deck is huge, well furnished and a terrific place to hang out when you don’t want to be on the beach. Michael and Michelle are top notch hosts. Carolina Beach is fun and low key with lots of great dining options. This is a great rental.

My husband and I love the Beach. This is our getaway beach front home that provides the relaxation and comfort -that get's us away from it all! Every year we upgrade the condo making it better and better each year. We listen to the many guests that have stayed here year after year and upgrade to their expectations. Like most of our guests, we spend most of the time on the "huge deck" - very unique in Carolina Beach. Their we can see the dolphins (if we are fortunate), enjoy our morning coffee/bfast and wine/dinner in the evenings. Also, unique is that we have a 2nd deck off the guest room that is directly over the full size pool area. Great if you have children/grand children as you can watch them from the condo. We hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do and our many returning guests each year!

Why they chose this property

This condo has it all! Beach Front, Huge Deck (very few have a deck this size) - Almost another living area in size! Full size Pool. Most condos only have "small wading pools". The sunrise views are truly amazing. Large Beautiful Beach with lifeguard stand on beach just outside our building (added safety).
