Furthermore, we utilize non-toxic, hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize the entire home prior to each new guest arrival.
Our attentive hospitality team is on standby 24/7 to address any questions or concerns during your stay. Enjoy a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before your stay, and trust in our industry-leading damage protection plan.
Cancellation policy for Entrada at Moab 624: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% for all nights. Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund. Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. On channels where Empty Spaces is the merchant of record and remits lodging taxes, the total rent will include all applicable state and local taxes, which may change at any time. Any tax increases after booking will be added to the guest's final invoice. Please note that this policy supersedes any policies from third-party booking sites (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com). These sites may charge non-refundable service fees, which we cannot control. Any refund requests or discrepancies regarding service fees must be directed to the booking site. This policy is subject to change.

Beautiful property. Enjoyed the pool and well equipped kitchen. Living room TV was a bit confusing to operate though. Host was very responsive when contacted.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, plentiful pads/air mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements. Great to have a grill available. Close to downtown, and coffee/convenience store just right around the corner. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. Spaces actually felt larger than in pictures. One of the kids in our group said it was "the best house he's ever stayed in" through tears as we were trying to leave.
Absolutely amazing. Stayed at two different properties during our trip and our whole group agreed this would 100% be where we stay next time we come. One thing you can’t tell from listings is how stocked the house is, and let me tell you this kitchen was stocked. Had everything you could want. Went way beyond my expectations. We had a question while there and host was available by text which made things super convenient as well. Kids loved the pool. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great location and perfect for our group of 4 couples
Very clean and well stocked with cookware, dishes, and towels for us. There was ample space and we were very comfortable without being crowded. The location was perfect for visiting Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands. When we are back in Moab, we will definitely book this location!
The location of this home is great - with quick access to Arches and Downtown. The cooking amenities were also plentiful - we cooked a few dinners at home and had all of the supplies we needed. Another great thing is the bikes that come included - making it easy to head downtown for some icecream or snack. Host was also very responsive with any questions we had.
